Their turnaround time was AMAZING, quick and efficient. Gary even offered to deliver AND install the artwork in my living room (which is much more difficult than one would think!) which is customer service you don't find anymore. We were parked 2" over in to one of their spots, whilst shopping their shitty store. They began to harass us insisting we move, again while being in parking for the third eye store. They have no art, only maps. Their art supplies are limited at best. Their frame work looks shotty. You'd be better off going to Michaels Crafts and letting this store face it's inevitable close. Terrible people. Terrible store.

I've found everyone in the store to be helpful in giving guidance; suggesting what would work best. In every case, we have been very happy with the result. Once, when a matting & framing job did not seem right, I contacted the owner and she immediately said bring it back. We did, and it was re-done to our liking. So, although high-quality framing and printing is expensive, it's worth going to experts like those at Wimsey Cove when it matters. The one comment I have is that turnover is not fast, but then we haven't been in a hurry. I would highly recommend!

Side Street Framers are the BEST!…read more We have been going there for MANY years, but recently they blew us away by going the extra distance to ensure our satisfaction. We had a print framed (my Xmas gift to my wife) which was fairly large. When we got it on the wall it was apparent that we didn't allow for a wide enough mat. It just looked "small" on the wall. This Nancy Hammond deserved/demanded better. So back we went. Now there was advice given when we first had it done, but no one tried to talk us into anything. So in my book, WE were the ones to pay for a "do-over." This was going to be a costly thing just in materials alone. They would not let us, even a portion. Trust me, I tried several times. They simply wanted us to be satisfied. Now, my family owned a business, and I've worked in one form or another in customer service as I've been in sales my entire life, and I KNOW the value of and efforts needed to satisfy clients and build a following.
