I wanted to keep the frame, I liked its thick, modern design. I knew the full replacement would have been expensive. Somehow my picture had fallen off the wall, cracked the glass and damaged the corners. The frame had remained intact, but had split in all 4 corners. Whilst serving other customers he continued to dismantle my frame. He said come back in 3 days and it will be ready. I did as directed and was pleased to find my painting and frame pristine! The frame looked brand new! When I asked "what do I owe?" He replied "what do you want to pay?" Who does that? My final payment was nominal! I was very pleased with the outcome. They have no art, only maps. Their art supplies are limited at best. Their frame work looks shotty. You'd be better off going to Michaels Crafts and letting this store face it's inevitable close. Terrible people. Terrible store.

Once, when a matting & framing job did not seem right, I contacted the owner and she immediately said bring it back. We did, and it was re-done to our liking. So, although high-quality framing and printing is expensive, it's worth going to experts like those at Wimsey Cove when it matters. The one comment I have is that turnover is not fast, but then we haven't been in a hurry. I would highly recommend!
