I wanted to keep the frame, I liked its thick, modern design. I knew the full replacement would have been expensive. Somehow my picture had fallen off the wall, cracked the glass and damaged the corners. The frame had remained intact, but had split in all 4 corners. Whilst serving other customers he continued to dismantle my frame. He said come back in 3 days and it will be ready. I did as directed and was pleased to find my painting and frame pristine! The frame looked brand new! When I asked "what do I owe?" He replied "what do you want to pay?" Who does that? My final payment was nominal! I was very pleased with the outcome. We were parked 2" over in to one of their spots, whilst shopping their shitty store. They began to harass us insisting we move, again while being in parking for the third eye store. They have no art, only maps. Their art supplies are limited at best. Their frame work looks shotty. You'd be better off going to Michaels Crafts and letting this store face it's inevitable close. Terrible people. Terrible store.

I've found everyone in the store to be helpful in giving guidance; suggesting what would work best. In every case, we have been very happy with the result. Once, when a matting & framing job did not seem right, I contacted the owner and she immediately said bring it back. We did, and it was re-done to our liking. So, although high-quality framing and printing is expensive, it's worth going to experts like those at Wimsey Cove when it matters. The one comment I have is that turnover is not fast, but then we haven't been in a hurry. I would highly recommend!

Maria's features many artists working in a variety of mediums. Many items are framed and ready to hang on your wall but you can also buy an unframed print to either frame on your own or have Maria's custom frame it. I enjoy a lot of the art sold at Maria's but here are some of my favorites: -Legendary photography of M.E. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, I just needed your basic photo album that would allow me to neatly store my excess photos. I honestly walked right past this section at first. Silly me thought it was back near the frames. But, no, it is near the scrapbooking materials, and what a small section this is. They had different sizes of photo albums from a little oversized to ones that held one picture to page/pocket. I kind of went middle of the road here and grabbed one that looks just like a binder. Made my way to the front to pay and this location has the self checkouts that look more like information kiosks than registers. After scanning my items and skipping the bag, I had my recent in hand, along with a coupon for a future visit, and I was out the door.
