By 5 PM that evening, I still had not heard from him so I called him and he was unapologetic whatsoever. He said yeah he didn't make it over and he forgot to call. His lack of compassion or care for my personal time is unprofessional. The only reason I called this company is because I recently purchased this house and they had put the initial roof on. It was leaking and I thought I would give this company another chance. This person couldn't have cared less about my situation, my time, and had no interest in the job. I will tell everybody I know not to use this company because of his extreme unprofessionalism.

Did our driveway, had not even been one week, and the seal coat was peeling up everywhere. Here's a photo of my bathroom he redid, the trim on the plumbing, here's his finished product. Let me just say, "DISASTEROUS!" Most everything he did, we had to have redone. Never followed the blueprints, and made his own adjustments along the way, without our approval. When I confronted him with it, he told me he thought they were "TYPOS." Needless to say, they were never rectified and we were stuck with his "TYPOS." See my photo for his "custom" work.

It required new everything, roof, insulation, drywall, window , plumbing and electric. Dale was very good at keeping the cost under control.
