By 5 PM that evening, I still had not heard from him so I called him and he was unapologetic whatsoever. He said yeah he didn't make it over and he forgot to call. His lack of compassion or care for my personal time is unprofessional. The only reason I called this company is because I recently purchased this house and they had put the initial roof on. It was leaking and I thought I would give this company another chance. This person couldn't have cared less about my situation, my time, and had no interest in the job. I will tell everybody I know not to use this company because of his extreme unprofessionalism.

They agreed to do the job, after we decided to not do anything other than the basic installation. Otherwise, they were making $100 per hour. They agreed to it, I signed the contract and they were supposed to call within 24-48 hours. They did not call. I had to call Lowes and they then called me, but told me that the door was not in stock. I called Lowes and they said there were 7 in stock. The next thing I found out what they decided not to do the job they agreed to do. Now, I have to start over. Lowes should not be dealing with people who do not follow up on their commitments.
