We were in need of windows and a front door on our business. After calling several contractors,…read moregetting estimates and advise, we went with Lubbock glass and mirror. Big mistake. The salesman came over and told us that he could order and install a door that would fit the opening. After waiting 6 weeks for the "special order" door to arrive, it was brought to our business by the installers. After removing the old door, and attempting to install the new door, they discovered that they had ordered the wrong door. They called their boss and he informed them that it was a standard door and that we would have to enlarge the opening. The installer stated that we would get a refund because we didn't get our "special order" door, yeah that didn't happen. After getting the opening enlarged, which by the way cost an additional $1200, the installers came back 3 different times to install the door. They were unable to get it level and square. Eventually had to hire another contractor to level and square and finish the door. They will give you all kinds of excuses why they can or can't do something, but if you want it done correctly call someone else.

That was impossible so I called to complain. The manager claimed this was far superior to traditional glazing. But it looks very crappy and the realtor who is going to sell my house agreed. So I hired someone to get that stuff off so we could put on glazing around the window, but it was so difficult to remove the glass cracked. I sent these guys pictures of how awful it looked, and I got back silence. They didn't care that their work was crap.

Be advised if you are in need of a professional company with great service, I honestly and most…read moredefinitely recommend utilizing Glass Guru. First of all upon contacting the company you will be greeted by Clay or Wendy and they will listen to your concerns and needs without walking over you and trying just to sell you something you don't need. Second, they will send out a representative in a short and timely manner to give you a estimate and observe and explain what they can do for you. NOTE: During this process they will listen to all your questions and WIll NOT attempt to just make another dollar off of you. FYI- I attempted to gain three estimates by three different companies with Glass Guru being one of them. The other two showed me a very poor experience by one showing up and asking me what the dimensions were and did not in my mind look like they should be earning my business. The other company didn't call back as they stated or show up to give me a proper estimate. Clay, with Glass Guru arrived and tackled the scenario right away and took many measurements and showed me, and made me feel comfortable that he knew exactly what to do for the job at hand. I highly recommend this company to each of you that need services professionally completed either in your residence or businesses. Clay and Wendy, I want to say thank you very much and may God Bless you throughout your business and life's. Y'all truly are the best and I wish y'all all the success in the future. I will be utilizing you again for all my needs that may pop up at anytime in the future. You get a five star rating out of five in my mind.
