My technician and Dr. Mann were both professional, attentive, and capable. I waited a total of 10- minutes for my first exam and less than two for the second. After updating my eyeglass prescription Dr. Man. Walked me out and introduced me to the young woman who would assist me in eyeglass selction and sending out my glasses. I told her my budget and she made sure that my progressives, transitions, anti-glare, and kodak-ultra thin lenses would all be included in my fee. I purchased their buy-2 plan so my eye exam was complimentary/included. In lieu of insurance I was able to receive my 10% military discount. We came in $200 under budget. I got two gorgeous pairs of glasses and had a lot of fun with mytech, Natcheda. I was in and out in an hour. MIRACULOUS! I loved my experience. Glasses will be ready in under 2-weeks; likely 8-days. Took the time to explain everything that they were doing the doctor went over the scans with me in detail allowed me to see what he was seeing explained everything. When I said I was thinking about contacts instead of glasses but I'm not sure if that's an option for me. He said let's finish the testing and see what your vision is like and I will tell you about your options. He did and when I told him what I wanted he said ok and off to the traing I went to learn how to put my new contacts in and how to care for them. Because our family had been going to this vision works for our eye exams and glasses for years, I popped in to see if there was anything they could do. A staff member named Bobby attended to my situation and quickly assessed that, not only had the screw come out, but, that the frame had been bent by where the screw screws into the post. Bobby not only replaced the screw but, utilizing a special tool, manipulated the frame to its original position ensuring that the screws would retain. Though we purchase all our prescription glasses from this location, we did not purchase these sunglasses from there but, Bobby never asked, he was just helping out a husband with a stressed out wife. It's gestures like these that are largely lost in customer service today but sorely needed. It may not have seemed a big deal to him, but, it was to this customer! Thank you and we'll be back.

Yesterday it seemed he was about to threaten me while I was sitting in his exam chair. He needs to lighten up a bit. With one's EYES "OUT there," people feel slightly vulnerable and need to TRUST. He obviously doesn't care about customers returning. In any case, he succeeded in turning me away, so indeed I will NOT be return. NEITHER will my husband who also found him to be cold. This guy would never make it on his own. We did love the Visionworks sales people.
