From the moment I walked into Quantum Optical, Isaac, the optician/owner was at my beckon call. I found the personal service to be extremely refreshing. Isaac quickly suggested frames that he thought would work best for my needs. Within moments he showed me about 5 different frames that were all very good. Then, it was the conversation that helped the process of elimination to select the frames that would suit my needs best and the "look" that I thought I would achieve. We live in a society that is moving further and further away from personalized service and I would highly recommend Quantum Optical for its counter-cultural personal service. I am extremely pleased with the level of care and service I received at The Quantum Optical. The optician, Isaac was super kind and helpful and guided me to pick a lens that was right for me but still within my budget. Somehow he just knows what works and what you're going to like. The first set of frames he gave me to try on were the ones that I ended up buying! Couldn't be happier. They also have an amazing selection of beautiful glasses to choose from. I got a Versace frame that I absolutely love and the price I got it for is simply unbelievable. My glasses came in and were adjusted on the spot to fit perfectly- they look and feel great! I've worn glasses my whole life and at the beginning of covid I decided to try an online glasses company. After returning them 3 times to get the lenses remade because they made them wrong and the hurt my eyes and taking them to another local place to have the lenses remade a 4th time (still not done right) the frames decided to break after 3 months and they are "titanium". I went to this business with a Groupon for $200 and it was honored without a question. The owner, operator, Isaac, cannot be nicer and more kind! He treated me almost like an old friend, was eager to assist me in purchasing contacts from another vendor even though he sells them. He filled out forms for me; he made sure I picked the proper pair of glasses to make certain that the progressives would actually work.
