After years of failing eyesight I was referred to Dr. Habib by my mother's neurologist. As many…read morereviews have stated, the minute you walk into this office you are greeted with the kindest and most professional staff I've ever encountered at a doctor's office. I was never made to wait for any amount of time before being led to an exam room. I then met Dr. Habib and knew that he was the example of the kindness that his staff consistently displays. I was scheduled for cataract surgery and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently this process was handled. Within weeks I was able to see things, colors and crispness that I didn't realize I was missing. I am elated. After a terrible encounter with another ophthalmologist who completely missed the fact that I had cataracts, I was somewhat fearful of trusting anyone else. Dr. Habib put all of my fears and concerns to rest. He handled my vision issues with great care and I will never be able to thank him enough. Elayna Monts

After undergoing LASIK refractive surgery at your clinic, I can confidently say it has been one of the most life-changing decisions I have ever made. From my very first consultation, I knew I was in the best possible hands. It is natural to feel a bit of nerves when it comes to eye surgery, but your team's professionalism, warmth, and transparency immediately put me at ease. Thank you for taking the time to explain every technical detail, answering all my questions with patience, and providing the peace of mind I needed to move forward. The Precision of the Procedure: The surgery was incredibly fast and efficient. It is clear that you utilize world-class technology combined with elite surgical skill. I was prepared for some level of discomfort, but to my surprise, the entire process was painless, and my recovery has been remarkably smooth and trouble-free. Every staff member treated me with genuine care, focusing not just on the clinical results, but on my comfort as a patient. Waking up today and seeing the world in perfect clarity without reaching for my glasses is a feeling I cannot adequately describe. Thank you for restoring my daily comfort and for the impeccable standards you maintain at your practice. I will not hesitate to recommend Cohen Laser and Vision Center to anyone seeking excellence in vision care. While my PRK eye still has some healing to do it was nothing like the internet made it out to be, and the team does everything to ensure you are comfortable and not in any pain. I have been working with the Katzen team since March of this year when I went in for my first evaluation. Because I was a long time RGP contact user, it took me a bit more time to be approved while only wearing glasses. Fast forward almost 3 months later, and I am writing this review without anything but my corrected eyes! It is truly amazing and the procedure was quick and painless (though you couldn't have told my nerves that the day I had it done). If you are on the fence about visiting Katzen Laser, DO IT. I did a lot of research before finally making the call for an evaluation and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I wouldn't trust my eyes anywhere else. Special thanks to Dr. McCracken as well for seeing me through the whole process, and Julie for her awesome bedside (or chair side in this case) manner! The whole team is amazing and now that this process is over, I will miss going in and SEEING everyone! Definitely an awesome team and experience.

My first pair arrived prior to the remaining lenses and I paid $174.00, which I thought was high compared to the previous year. When my remaining lenses arrived, they charged my an additional $522.00! My retired optometrist had charged me $449.00 the previous year. iSee was a 55% mark-up! I left several messages for the owner, Dr. Erin Sonneberg, to call me. She never did. When I called on a day she was there she refused to speak with me about the costs.
