I'm pleased... except ebery time I get a closet organized, there is some maintenance required and I have to empty the closet and start over. The doors really could use a bit of weather stripping, but towels help.

Maintenance and contractors made a massive mistake when inspecting the sprinkler system which resulted in soaking my living room and bedroom and no one wanting to take the blame. I had to stay in a hotel for the Thanks giving/Christmas holiday season. the mangement suggested I sleep on my sofa, so I received no assistance from them. My kitchen sink kept overflowing and management/maintence would not listen to me about the problem resulting in overflowing into my living room and drenching my carpet. Roots were growing in the pipes and made the water backup. As a result, they replaced the carpet, but gave me carpet thaat did not match the carpet in the unit without letting me know beforehand. I was forced to live with two tone carpet. My list goes on and on. I felt disrespected living there, even though I paid my rent on tie every month. They raise the rent by hundreds annually. Management is too small for the size of the community. The onsite staff constantly changes. I don't recommend it, but each his own. Good luck!!

Love the location and the neighborhood it is in feels relatively safe, the only thing I ever worried about outside of the apartment was potentially having my car broken into because that happened to a few cars while I lived there but never to mine. The only issue within our apartment that we ever experienced that wasn't immediately handled was a few minor leaks after a very heavy rains. They have frequently have community events with free booze and entertainment. From the pool to the community room with a pool table, multiple tv's, a tabletop game cabinet, and a foosball table, there is plenty to do here. It also doesn't hurt that there's a brewery right across the street! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because parking isn't ideal. There are more residents than parking spaces. Sure you can cough up an extra $35 a month for a reserved spot, but it is frustrating to get home any later than 7pm and there not be a single open parking spot.

The neighbors above me are constantly loud all throughout the day starting from 6 AM as late as 1 AM and it is seriously enraging. I have complained about this to management multiple times, submitted audio recordings, and they have literally done nothing! I have tried to talk with the neighbors directly but they refused to answer the door and had to leave letters as well as my cell phone number so that we can discuss this issue. Nothing has seem to be working and unfortunately I am forced to move out of an apartment that I absolutely loved. I felt that it would be my due diligence to warn anyone who is coming to be aware of living here as you will be dealing with some incredibly loud and inconsiderate neighbors. Don't say I didn't warn you. On the other hand maintenance is wonderful and that's about it.

Living at Link Apartments definitely had its perks and its downfalls. I was sold on the adequate…read morespace, nice floors and appliances, large bedroom and large closet. Included garage parking was another great perk. Internet is also included in rent, but it is rather slow and very difficult to stream anything. Noise from neighbors is about what you would expect in any apartment, and I was fortunate to live around people who kept their noise to a reasonable level. Street noise from the neighboring apartment building can be an issue if you live on that side of the building though. Some residents at Link let their animals urinate in the elevators, and do not clean up after them. Many days the elevators smell like stale pet urine. Location wise: I enjoyed being close to downtown and you can easily walk to the river. I did not like that Manchester does not have a grocery store or many decent food options, so that was rather inconvenient. But there is a brewery, pizza place, and Subway all within walking distance. The office staff (Shayla) and maintenance are always pleasant and kind, and maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders. Overall, I found Link to be a reasonably priced city apartment with enjoyable features and amenities.

Based on my experience, these are the pros and cons. Pros- 1. Location - minutes from Kroger, 7-11, Sam's, Costco, Asian Grocery, Indian Grocery and a ton of restaurants 2. Management Staff- They have been very friendly, available and always ready to help. (Thank you Yaya!!) 3. Service - Onsite service staff and app to raise and follow up on service requests makes maintenance a breeze 4. Security - ADT connected security systems in all homes and connected thermostats Cons- 1. Few of the apartments are older but they have been renovating most of the partners and the new ones are gorgeous 2. Parking - It can be difficult to find spots right in front of the building where there are more cars per apartment. If you arrive home after 9, you might have to park in the additional spots which could be a minute to walk. I definitely recommend Broadmoor!

Walk around the property a little bit! The breezeways in every building are gross and never cleaned. There is always trash specifically in the lower levels and they never clean them, I would take my personal blower and clean it. They painted the stairs last year in all the buildings yet they didn't even clean the areas first, they just painted over Hair ,dirt, and leaves. We were nightly frustrated with loud music and people in the street screaming. Christmas night there was a huge fight just outside my apartment. We had our delivery packages repeatedly stolen to where we had to get an Amazon locker for delivery's. The back trash area of the trash is ALWAYS over flowing and so gross you don't want to go near it. Yet, you are forced to pay the mandatory charge of $30 a month for "valet trash service" at your door. This only 4 days a week if you're lucky and depending on the mood of trash people they may or may not take your trash, yet you can't opt out. Run far and fast from this property. I have attached pics of the trash area

The apartment is in poor condition and it looks nothing like the model in terms of quality. My first impression is PRG Real Estate Management does not invest their earnings to improve living standards/conditions. It's 2021 and the washer/dryer appears to be from the 70s/80s. The model and model photo washer/dryer wasn't old, which in my opinion is misleading. We are ok with the white kitchen appliances but making the change to stainless steel should be a priority. The refrigerator could be bigger and the stove upgraded to flat top. The sink is not two sided which I knew about when leasing but it's like, why? The closets haven't been updated with the new standard white wire shelving. There's trash on the floor in the master bedroom. The patio is filthy with rotted railings. The front door apt number has rusted nails sticking out. Multiple cracks in the ugly popcorn ceiling. There's no microwave and no linen closet. The toilets were dirty and there's dust in the corner of the ceilings. It smells bad like cigarette smoke. These apartments are extremely overpriced. It's disappointing and I'm glad we're only leasing here until our new home is built. Already counting down the days. Please invest in making this a better place for your tenants. The return on that investment will be huge.
