The neighbors above me are constantly loud all throughout the day starting from 6 AM as late as 1 AM and it is seriously enraging. I have complained about this to management multiple times, submitted audio recordings, and they have literally done nothing! I have tried to talk with the neighbors directly but they refused to answer the door and had to leave letters as well as my cell phone number so that we can discuss this issue. Nothing has seem to be working and unfortunately I am forced to move out of an apartment that I absolutely loved. I felt that it would be my due diligence to warn anyone who is coming to be aware of living here as you will be dealing with some incredibly loud and inconsiderate neighbors. Don't say I didn't warn you. On the other hand maintenance is wonderful and that's about it.

Included garage parking was another great perk. Internet is also included in rent, but it is rather slow and very difficult to stream anything. Noise from neighbors is about what you would expect in any apartment, and I was fortunate to live around people who kept their noise to a reasonable level. Street noise from the neighboring apartment building can be an issue if you live on that side of the building though. Some residents at Link let their animals urinate in the elevators, and do not clean up after them. Many days the elevators smell like stale pet urine. Location wise: I enjoyed being close to downtown and you can easily walk to the river. I did not like that Manchester does not have a grocery store or many decent food options, so that was rather inconvenient. But there is a brewery, pizza place, and Subway all within walking distance. The office staff (Shayla) and maintenance are always pleasant and kind, and maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders. Overall, I found Link to be a reasonably priced city apartment with enjoyable features and amenities.

The package concierge service is very helpful for residents who work days and don't want packages left at their doors. And the trash pick-up service four nights a week is really with the $25/month. The mixture of 55+ and children is a plus for me; I enjoy having the children around. I also enjoy the multi-ethnic residents. My neighbors have all been wonderful though I am the old lady in the building! Maintainence staff and office staff are very responsive to any request I've made. I have been here nearly since it's opening for around 2.5 years thus far and have watched its tremendous growth. At the core the management team is stellar and truly love their jobs! Chesley and Ashley lead an awesome team that is responsive, kind and reliable. The apartments are modern industrial. The amenities (two story gym, rooftop pool with lounge area, coffee station, gated garage) are all excellent. During my stay here they have made positive changes: there's a security desk now, lock box for packages, property manager is in the actual residential building, garage is secured/locked with access card, elevators have easy-to-clean wood floor instead of carpet. Check this place out and look no further!

Other than those 3 complaints, I love living at The Ella. You definitely get what you pay for. Maintenance is always very helpful when you have a problem. The club house is amazing. The staff is super friendly. All of my neighbors are super friendly and considerate. Location is pretty good. Everything in Scotts Addition is a 5-10 minute walk. I was forced to live with two tone carpet. My list goes on and on. I felt disrespected living there, even though I paid my rent on tie every month. They raise the rent by hundreds annually. The grounds are kept up well, with weekly/biweekly landscaping done throughout the complex. The office continues to create a nice, and inviting environment by organizing monthly holiday theme events. I especially loved their pool safety event, which was held in the pool with our local police officers, fire Department, and community members, who provided information to our youth in regards to pool safety. Afterwards they hung out with the kids for games and snow cones. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Based on my experience, these are the pros and cons. Pros- 1. Location - minutes from Kroger, 7-11, Sam's, Costco, Asian Grocery, Indian Grocery and a ton of restaurants 2. Management Staff- They have been very friendly, available and always ready to help. (Thank you Yaya!!) 3. Service - Onsite service staff and app to raise and follow up on service requests makes maintenance a breeze 4. Security - ADT connected security systems in all homes and connected thermostats Cons- 1. Few of the apartments are older but they have been renovating most of the partners and the new ones are gorgeous 2. Parking - It can be difficult to find spots right in front of the building where there are more cars per apartment. If you arrive home after 9, you might have to park in the additional spots which could be a minute to walk. I definitely recommend Broadmoor!
