My husband and I are typically seen within a timely manner & they don't gouge pricing as we have both experienced the opposite at our previous doctors office. I left a review privately and requested to be reached out to (been about 3 weeks) before coming and making this public. Dr. Snyder was absolutely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I arrived at my appointment that I had made about 2-3 months prior to be told my appointment would be cancelled due to an emergency and I asked who I would be seeing to be told "I don't know", office manager came out and told me that I could still see Dr.Snyder, but it would be a wait because of the emergency and had at the hospital. That's fine, I understand emergencies happen and was happy to wait. I waited for 2 hours... again.f that's fine. Hit when Dr.Snyder arrived, I heard her from inside the exam room complaining that she hadn't been able to have lunch yet, her staff told her to get a quick bite and she said "I can't, this patient refused to cancel" before coming into my room (not true, I asked who else I could see and and they told me I could still see her and provided no other options), as soon as she came into the room she said "I know you came in for a consult but I haven't had lunch yet so I'm not going to answer any of your questions, I'll send you home with some papers and do your exam"... I waited 2-3 months to have my questions answered about a surgery and she's coming in here and immediately telling me she's not going to answer ANY of them? Nope. She sent me home with an internet printed document with FAQs about the procedure I wanted. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! During my exam she then tried to push a vaccine on me and shamed me for not wanting to have it done. So you can't answer my few questions but you can push a vaccine that has NOTHING to do with my exam or surgery I wanted? So unprofessional and rude. She then completed my exam and before leaving the room said "I want you to understand that emergencies happen and because of that we will have to cancel appointments" I was floored, I told her "I understand that emergencies happen, I did ask if I could see someone else or who else could do my exam and they told me I could still see you" and she just blankly stared at me before saying "yeah, sometimes cancellations happen" and then left. I understand that people can have off days.... But the way I was treated was atrocious. It's not easy as a woman to go in for your yearly exams and then want to have a surgery and have questions only to be told that they aren't going to answer any of them after waiting 2-3 months for this appointment. Dr.Snyder, do better. I hope you never treat another patient like this. These appointments already have many of us feeling so vulnerable and to be treated so rudely, dismissed and shamed for not wanting to take a vaccine that isn't necessary for my lifestyle... I'm floored. I took time off from work for this appointment only to get no answers and to be made to feel less than human. read more

This was my first ever OB i've had, and has a young women I think it's important to have a good doctor to help you through things like this! I first starting taking the pill, and hated it (varies per person of course) but I came in to talk about other options a because of the issues I was having and my feelings and concerns were all validated and taken into account. I later on got an IUD, and I love it. I recommend Brittney, she is so sweet, reassuring, and overall an amazing person! Highly recommend!!! read more

awful, I went here about 6 months back for my first gynecology check up, the Dr basically just told me the problems I was having were nothing and just tested me for STD's saying that I FOR SURE had an STD and I didn't she also PUSHED birth control on me when I said multiple times I preferred not to use it, she just was so rude and now I just got canceled on by one of the receptionist due to someone getting injured, which is totally fine, but her bed side manor was AWFUL, she didn't even recommend rescheduling options I had to ask when they could fit me in next and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of all this. PLEASEEEEEE DO NOT COME HERE. I seen Dr. Rachael Kulick and she made me feel like a complete idiot, I literally started crying. I came in with hope because this office had good reviews but clearly I was mistaken. I've been in pain for years with endometriosis with visits to the ER and all she could tell me was "lose weight and take birth control". Endometriosis can only progress and progress and everything I said to her she would shake her head no at me like I was lying to her. Then told me she won't be giving me a pap today like I was scheduled for, and gave me a brochure for pelvic pain. Frequently had to drive to other locations because the staff in the castle rock office had quit or was unavailable. Frequent staff changes, ALL the midwives quit/were forced out of this location due to under staffing. But the worst part was the constant harassment to pay my bill after the baby was delivered. The front desk woman was pushy and rude, trying to get me to pay my bill when I was there for an appointment. I told her my insurance would pay the balance but she insisted they wouldn't (wrong) and I needed to pay now or else it would go to collections. I got emails, texts, and voicemails 2-3x a week to pay my bill. The insurance DID pay the bill and the billing department never cashed the check but continued to make threats they would send my account to collections! I shouldn't be hassled or threatened to pay a bill when I am showing up in the office for medical care. Especially when the bill is paid by insurance and then they tried to collect more from me on top of that. I have been a patient here for years and this is the first experience like this. Must be new policy or new management. read more

I usually don't post these reviews but I was so excited to try this OB out as they have claimed to won awards of best OBGYN and they have great reviews on yelp and google, but I was extremely disappointed. First, from the moment we walked in we were made uncomfortable. The front desk lady seemed overly annoyed that we were first time patients and weren't aware of the call in when you arrive check in system. We were quickly sent back to the ultrasound room. We saw Dr. Hildner who did our pregnancy confirmation ultrasound. Everything about the ultrasound was uncomfortable. She had me scoot to the bottom of the bed but didn't adjust the bed or pillow so that I was comfortable and I had to strain to sit up to even see the screen. Being physically uncomfortable aside, it seemed like a chore for the Dr to get us an ultrasound photo and to listen to the heartbeat. During the ultrasound, we weren't able to view the screen until after she had completed her review. We were so anxious to make sure our lil baby was OK so to have to wait took away from our excitement and just caused more anxiety. When we finally were able to look, we could barely see anything and it didn't seem like she put much effort in getting a better image. Then, within what felt like 10 seconds of being able to see the screen we were done. Immediately after, I had asked if we'd get a print out of the ultrasound. The printer was broken so she had to fix it and then redo the ultrasound. It just seemed very rushed and a chore for her. During the second ultrasound, I asked if we could try to listen to the heartbeat again (first time was almost inaudible) the Dr seemed annoyed. She found the heartbeat and said "is this good enough". Just all around rude. Not once during the ultrasound, or after did she congratulate us. After the ultrasound I didn't even feel comfortable enough to ask any questions because I was so upset. We were so excited to confirm our pregnancy and no one even congratulated us. All around very disappointed with the raving reviews of this office. We will be going to a different OBGYN. read more

I scheduled a prenatal appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early. while waiting the woman at the front desk asked what the appointment was about? What a stupid question, she then told me they can't see me for another 2 hours because they didn't know what it was about. I selected prenatal online. she said they called and left me messages but that is a lie I only got the confirmation call. she told me i needed to call to make a prenatal appointment then why have that option on their online patient portal. What bullsh@t! I can either wait or they will have to reschedule me I can't express how angry I am. read more

If I had done this review years ago, the review stars would've been higher. However, at my last appointment in the late evening, I saw and heard my own doctor talking bad about some patients while the nurses giggled knowingly at the station across from the bathroom. I had never done a late appointment before this time, usually coming in the morning or afternoons. However, I was having some pain and having some hardware taken out as it wasn't working for me and causing me complications. After my appointment, I decided to go to the bathroom before the drive home and when I came out, to my great dismay and sadness, I heard my own doctor making fun of a patient with several MAs and nurses present. What she was saying didn't apply to my visit so I'm pretty sure it wasn't me. I'm really hoping it wasn't but I was devastated for whomever she was speaking about and it hurt me in my heart for them. If the practice looks up my name and guesses who I am, this is why I haven't made a new appointment since that night. It was hard enough for me to trust the medical community after I had some complications when my son was born in a different state. I have trusted this practice with my body and the removal of some of my organs and I thought highly of my doctor until I heard her this night. When I left, I made it a point to make eye contact and say goodbye to her but it didn't even seem to register on her face that she had made a faux pas to a maximum degree. I'm not sure she even knows that that was wrong or if she was trying to act normal to cover up what she was doing. I have agonized over getting care elsewhere or staying with this practice. But today, in writing this review, I think it best that I go elsewhere for my care. As I wrote above, if this hadn't happened, I might not have considered going elsewhere. After that incident, I haven't felt confident about making an appointment here and it makes me sad. Even doing this review fills me with anxiety and despondency. I won't call her out by name because I believe she deserves a chance as does this practice with whom up until this incident in which I had some confidence. If the owner of this practice reads this, please have a conversation at a staff meeting about privacy issues as well as the humanitarian aspect of being respectful of a person's privacy as well as their dignity. Perhaps have this conversation at the Littleton practice as well. Thank you and goodbye. read more

I loved being able to see the same doc my entire pregnancy and then also had her deliver our sweet son. She is very down to earth and never once had an 'awkward' moment during exams! I received a referral to this office, mainly for insurance purposes. I've dropped into the office multiple times trying to book something, the first time I was given paperwork and told to turn it in and we'd get booked. Great! I called to get scheduled and got through everything -- including going over my insurance info. When it came time to book the ultrasound, the call mysteriously dropped. called right back and left a message. I work close by so I stopped to get scheduled. they're not taking new patients with Medicaid. so frustrating, this has been a three week ordeal and now I'm unable to find care. Had an amazing experience with them! I loved all of the midwives that were here! They would spend as long as needed answering my questions and making me as comfortable as possible (Especially since it was my first child). I got Sarah the midwife when I went into labor to deliver my baby. And I was so happy! She was very helpful with all the calls I sent her since my contractions kept spacing apart. I felt so confident and comfortable with all the midwives. We have since moved back east, but my husband and I always joke that when we have our next child we need to move back so that we can go back to south denver obgyn again! read more

The doctors are great, the billing practice is one to watch. I went in for a free annual visit and was billed for a separate visit just because I mentioned my history with fibroids, that I am concerned I may have more, and what does the doctor do for them (basically what is her expertise in the matter). My insurance provider does not require referrals meaning that even though the doctor wrote a 'note' in my file about doing an ultrasound to check for fibroids, it is not required in order to get one. In this visit no additional action occurred outside of my 5 minute inquiry, no new information was provided, no extra service was rendered, and I surely was not notified in advance that just talking about my health to my doctor could cost me extra money. They billed my insurance for a separate visit on the same day $150 visit/$410 for labs; to which I am responsible for $40 visit/$30 labs for what should have been a free annual exam. I kid you not, I was told from the billing lady and someone from their office that when the doctor asks you if you have any other questions after your exam that 'I should not say anything' because I will get charged. I am pretty sure if I went back into my records I would see that this is not the first time they did this. I think it happened 2 years ago too and I just paid it. If this has happened to you I highly recommend you report it to the attorney general and let others know on this forum. I am so tired of not knowing what I will be billed for after seeing any doctor. read more

Hello ALL! I delivered all four of my babies here. My first born was in 2001 and last in 2015 (yup! decided to give it a second round). Dr. Graham, Dr. Lennon and Marissa Mclaughlin are amazing! In a nutshell, to give this team a review they are professional, prompt, Knowledgeable (highly educated, no question goes unanswered), an extremely caring environment. I ALWAYS felt comfortable with all the doctors and nurses. However, I have not been through any of the midwives but assuming they are all just as wonderful. These doctors always take the time to discuss your concerns weather its a phone call or an in office visit. I can't say enough great things about this group! I am writing this review because First, I want everyone to know how great this team is and second I had to switch insurance companies for 2017. It most certainly helped me find great doctors by viewing others experiences. So I would just like to give back and share mine. Thanks for all you do Denver South!!!!! read more

I cannot express strongly enough that nobody should come here!! I'm not sure how they have manufactured these good reviews but go and read the bad reviews!! Those are true, unfortunately I have never had a reason to check reviews at any other professional. Sadly, I checked after my terrible experience with this practice. The doctor was great at the first visit, that's the good. It was recommended that I do some extra blood work which they drew but did not test. They told me that I would have to pay again to have the blood drawn again. They were supposed to be balancing my hormones through hormone therapy and did not test my progesterone(which I requested), you cannot balance hormones without that (I have checked with several doctors since and that has been confirmed). They told me that I would need to pay again to have that tested. I could not get anyone from the office to return any of my phone calls. The most unprofessional group of people I have EVER dealt with. Finally got a hold of the doctor and was told I would get a call back after they tried to work out the financial agreement with the office manager. Surprise, no call back even after several more calls from me. They also recommended an outrageous amount of testosterone. When explaining the treatment, the woman told me that she shaves her face everyday. I went home and researched it myself and found that this recommendation was WAY over the top and one article stated that women on this amount of testosterone are very aggressive and (literally) the prisons are filled with women that have overly high testosterone levels. They were pushing BioTe so hard that even though I told them from the first appointment that I wanted to go another route they completely disregarded that. That's why they didn't bother testing my progesterone, I was told that they don't need that with BioTe. I hope this review can save someone else the frustration and waste of money. I could go on with lots of other examples of unprofessional behavior from the practice but I think you get the general idea. read more
