I don't leave reviews often, but this place is truly top-notch. First and foremost, the two people…read morewho work here are some of the kindest, most helpful, and generous people. You honestly couldn't ask for better service. John is always so lovely. He takes the time to talk to everyone who walks through the door, asks about them, remembers people, and genuinely seems to care. You can tell he takes so much pride in his work and in taking care of the people in his community. This place is truly such a gem here in Laguna Beach. The service, kindness, and willingness to help are something you just don't find very often anymore. Walking in almost feels like a throwback to a time when customer service was personal and local businesses genuinely took pride in serving their community.

Talking to your client or customer is too much. If they had taken 1 moment to communicate with me EVER, I could have avoided; wasted time, money and been able to get my meds in a more convenient way. A longer supply and spent less money. When I was a kid Walgreens was a great pharmacy. They are no longer. In my opinion.

Go to CVS, super nice and helpful staff there. Aubrey B. There is no need to chat with customer support. You can pull the recorded phone call and listen to how your employee spoke with the customer. That is all you need to do. Obviously it is a problem and maybe only that person because of other reviews left here as well. also why don't you try to create a new response to the reviews. When you give the exact same response to every review then it pushes us customers even farther away due to the lack of ( you guessed it) customer service- the very thing all the reviews are about.

Website says the hours are from 7a-10p. But the ENTIRE PHARMACY STAFF takes a lunch break TOGETHER…read more So they close the pharmacy from 1-2p. So you will need to plan your schedule around their schedule. I have never seen a service industry (you know, people who provide products and services at your convenience) close for the ENTIRE STAFF. With the hours they are open it would make sense to take lunch breaks in staggered shifts. You know, so all the posted hours are covered. Otherwise people, like me for example, don't waste my time driving across town to pick up meds for my mother-in-law only to come away empty handed and have to arrange my schedule to go back. Here's a thought. You have 4-5 8-hour staff, on any given day. How about you stagger the lunch breaks. My recommendation is to move your prescriptions to your closest mom and pop pharmacy. CVS is pushing to close small pharmacies.
