They said whoever embroidered it messed up and to give them a couple of more weeks to order the tops and have it embroidered, and they will call back once it's done. A couple of weeks passed and I called to ask if they were done, and said that the tops did not arrive to the store yet. It's been almost a couple of months and I haven't gotten my embroidered scrub tops. Luckily, I found out that the facility is not too strict and doesn't really care about the embroidered scrub tops, but still! It should not take this long for getting items embroidered.

Do not sign a contract with this company! After 5 years of wanting to leave this company, we…read morefinally reached the end of our contract and complied with their requirements to cancel the contract. I paid $500 - $600 a month for five uniforms, over $6,000.00 a year. I could have easily bought these uniforms for much cheaper than the monthly price Aramark charged us. Now they are telling me that if I cancel the contract they are going to make us pay substantial penalties if we do not locate all of our uniforms. Aramark would return different uniforms to us and clearly did not keep track of their uniforms as they are asking us their customers to do. We would get pants and shirts that were not our correct sizes and could not wear them. Do not make the mistake of signing a contract with this company, they just will not let you go.
