I've been waiting on an order I placed for 3+ weeks with no call. I stopped in and there was a sign on the door during normal hours say 'back in 2 hours'. I've also tried calling with no answer. You can get the same thing on Amazon in 1-2 days. Lesson learned! read more

The staff is nice, however, I started a new job requiring embroidery on the scrub tops. I bought a few pairs of scrub tops to get embroidered and they said they would call once it is done. 3-4 weeks pass and I haven't gotten a call yet, so I showed up in person and asked if it they were available. They said whoever embroidered it messed up and to give them a couple of more weeks to order the tops and have it embroidered, and they will call back once it's done. A couple of weeks passed and I called to ask if they were done, and said that the tops did not arrive to the store yet. It's been almost a couple of months and I haven't gotten my embroidered scrub tops. Luckily, I found out that the facility is not too strict and doesn't really care about the embroidered scrub tops, but still! It should not take this long for getting items embroidered. read more

I went in there today after work looking for 2X scrub pants and the woman working there told me to try XL. Well, I did and they were nice pants she picked out for me, and I bought all three of them. I work 12-hour shifts and don't want to do any washing when I get home. I was very happy with the help I received, and the store was well-stocked. Our staff at Warren Chiropractic in Osceola recently ordered Scrubs for our office. Nancy was great to come out and help us figure out what we needed. The order was processed timely and the scrubs look great. Nancy took care of all our questions and delivered the products once they were embroidered. Okay... so I went here needing scrubs, embroidered. It took 14 days to send me pants and a top? Then after I told them and had them repeat back my order they were not embroidered, so then it took 7 more days to get my scrubs back way into work.... I looked at scrub outlet, and they were way cheaper, and faster.... go to them... not here! Yikes read more

You can see my original review below but I wanted to offer an updated review due to recent conversation I had with the owner--Miguel. He explained the situation with my hospital logo and changes that happened around the time I purchased the jacket. He offered to not only fix the jacket with the correct logo but also offered me a refund. His customer service is top notch and if I'm in need of scrubs soon I may consider doing business with this store again. Wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to. Please be advised: if you're shopping here and looking to get anything embroidered--DONT! I asked very specifically if they could embroider the simple hospital logo I've had done at other shops and after calling to confirm said yes they could. Turns out, they can't. I waited two weeks only to find out it was the incorrect logo. Waited another week to find out they couldn't do the correct logo. When I asked for a refund so they said no. Now I get it, if I had gotten something the wrong size and asked for a refund after embroidered then no, for sure. I do not agree with them making me pay for and take a jacket that has the wrong logo after assuring me they could put the correct logo on. After going round and round on the phone with someone telling me I was wrong and there was only one logo to choose from (as if I haven't ordered things with the correct logo for years) I have decided I will NEVER shop here again and sincerely hope no one I know decides to as well for fear of having the same thing happen. I will make sure all my co workers and future hires know not to go to this store for work apparel--embroidered or not. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! They didn't have the scrubs I needed in my size, so they ordered them for me. Was told they would come in 7-10 business days, three weeks later they called and said they were in. I told Jim, the so called manager that I couldn't wait any longer and got what I needed elsewhere. I really didn't want to leave one star. I ordered one set of scrubs for work back at the end of Feb! Checked three times and no order received, no call, nothing! Been to the store twice for a refund and told to come back when the "manager" is there since that is the only person supposedly that can do a refund. Please don't order from here or spend your money here-period! Discount or not you'll be so sorry in the long run. I WILL get my full refund and if this is how you continue to do business you should lock up and find another source of employment. Health care workers are hard working and long hours! We don't have time for this kind of stuff. I don't buy the same story of no stock and unable to get it. Maybe ask your competitors down the road how they manage to stay fully stocked with a variety of brands and sizes to choose from. read more

I would never go back here even if you paid me. Went in to the store to get a lab coat and have it embroidered. They said it would be back in 7-14 days. I was very disappointed in my visit to this Mishawaka location, Scrub Depot, in the Wilshire Plaza, a woman named Beth that looked trashy and smelt horrible was the sales person and she really set the tone for my experience, very unprofessional she had not a clue about scrubs, come on working in a scrub store and the customer knowing more then the person who works there really shows how the owners run things, pretty sad. They did not have anything in my size or color and I do not come into the store to order, sorry! I will not go back, Loving the new scrub store by Jets Pizza, they are more professional and looks like there stock is replenished every week, I found everything I needed with great customer service that did not smell like a brewery and the price point was better too always a plus. read more

I called to see if I can exchange items that still had tags on them. The lady on the phone told me it was ok and to come on in. I drive 25 miles just for some guy (who I suspect was a manager) to tell me that they couldn't do an exchange. He was extremely rude. He only offered me 30% off and I had to take it. They never have sizes in stock. You can order, but if you need something emergent, it takes 7-10 business days. I have been trying to get scrubs for the past 2 months and have not been able to get anything without ordering. Also the Asst. manager is not friendly whatsoever! The last time I was in the store, she was yelling at an employee in front of me and other customers over stock and special orders. The look on this poor kids face was so sad. You could definitely tell that he was embarrassed. Our company is definitely considering going with another company for our scrub needs. read more

I just called there inquiring about 4XL pants a rude gentleman named jimmy as soon as I said I need 4XL bottoms he laughed at me. Then he asked what color I needed I proceeded to tell him celedon and he didn't even know what I was talking about . He then asked a woman working with him if she knew what color that was and once they finally found out what I was talking about he got back on the phone and rudely told me no and they don't carry sizes that big. I thought to myself I thought I called scrub depot not 1-3-5 :/ I'm a bigger woman and I was just asking questions didn't expect to be assaulted like I did I will no longer do business there and rumor has it they only do embroidery once a week so if u have your stuff there I would get if from there and take it else where I use sports image apparel they do a great job in a timely fashion. Miguel was nice last time I went in there but now it seems as if him and all the other workers turned into BIG HAIRY PIMPLY PENISES!!!
