South Bay Lock & Security - Time from South Bay - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Carson, California

This Company deserves 10 stars in my opinion! I needed my key replaced I thought for my 2014 Honda Accord because I had been told at the dealership and another locksmith that replacing the battery wasn't an option that the key needed to be replaced and programmed if it wasn't remotely locking and unlocking my car. I took a chance and called these guys and over the phone they told me that it could simply be the battery and to bring it in and they will take a look if not they quoted a better price than I could get at the dealer. I went over and they changed the battery and kind of got a chuckle at me telling them about two other places telling me it couldn't be done and what do you know for $5.42 my key now remotely unlocks and locks my car! Saved me $160!! Integrity, honesty and good service is all we can expect and this company delivers on all fronts. read more

These guys are the greatest!! Tim and Marco took care of me on short-notice , cut keys for some new locks for my home , but more importantly ( ..and to my surprise) were able to make keys for my 1972 Mercedes SEL! The dealer wanted to charge me a couple of hundred bucks for one key, SBL charged me 13 bucks for 3 keys; I just moved to Carson -- these guys are my locksmith from this day forward! read more

South Bay Lock is the greatest. Fair, honest, clean, professional.

I found this place online and hoped they would be able fix the door locks on my old Toyota truck. One side the whole lock was missing caused by someone who had tried to pick the lock. On the other side the key wouldn't unlock the car anymore, so as a result, I locked myself out a few times and struggled to get the car unlocked. I went to this place and they ordered all the parts I needed. When the parts came in, they fixed my car's locks in under two hours. It's a big relief to have the locks finally fixed. No more AAA calls. They were very friendly and very reasonably priced!!!!! read more
