I am so sorry that I hired Source1Kitchens to construct and install custom vanities for my two bathrooms. It was so stressful that I could hardly wait for the work to be over. There were many times that things were not done as requested and getting the work completed felt like pulling teeth. One example was the backsplash in the guest bathroom. Ultimately the stone furnisher damaged my newly smoothed and painted walls, failed to show up one day (he admitted his error, but it was still an inconvenience to me because I took time off of work to monitor the job, which I felt was necessary in his case). He brought his teenage kid to assist him which made me nervous because I was certain he wasn't licensed or bonded. If the kid gets injured on the job, it's on me. The guest bathroom vanity required diagonal side panels because a pipe comes out of the wall at an odd angle. This seemed to irritate the owner of the business (Ronnie) yet he was the one that looked underneath the original vanity and was supposed to figure out what needed to be done. Same with the exhaust vent adjacent to the top of the above-the-toilet cabinet. I think he assumed that the vent could be moved when it was not possible. Always, when these glitches came up, I felt he was upset and that somehow, I was responsible. I found communication with Ronnie to be difficult and toward the end I talked with Ryan his assistant because I felt stressed dealing with Ronnie. Ronnie is the anthesis of easy-going and patient. My above-the-toilet cabinet doors do not have the touch-pin openings as requested but I decided not to pursue it further because my experience with them was so emotionally exhausting, I felt drained. My kitchen needs to be renovated, and it will be an expensive job, but I am NOT going to utilize Source1 after all this. I do not recommend. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 1 is because the work itself is OK, but the process of getting it done was terrible. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would as this company is extremely slow and worst of all they steal your money. Ordered cabinets never delivered and house burned down. Only received a partial refund and these were not custom cabinets. Not only that she misrepresented by $2,000++ how much I gave her even though the bank receipts are clear as day. House burned down prior to cabinets being delivered. Mei/Meirav the owner claimed in a letter she wrote that I only gave her a deposit of $12,500 when I actually gave her a deposit of $14,700 all documented. She refunded $10,000 of the $14,700 claiming she had a right to a $2,500 restocking and design fee. She said she'd looked into the accounting discrepancy and never once has returned a single text or phone call regarding the additional $2,200 she essentially stole from my family whose house burned down. We bought a 1910 Craftsman kitchen that needed a full kitchen gut and so the cabinet design and layout started from scratch. Ronnie provided design plans for both our kitchen and our laundry room -- and was patient to accommodate a few layout changes and requests along the way. We were working with a custom finish, and when his team noticed a very slight discrepancy in the color, they were quick to call it to our attention and make the update so that it was perfect.
