I sure wish I had watched him like a hawk because the cabinets are now so high, my housekeeper can't reach the second shelf to put cups away. I assumed he would keep the same height as the old ones. He knows I'm only 5'5" . When I hesitated on his final payment, this man became monstrous, harassing me. And he never did fix any of the problems I have. All my complaints were answered with "you signed off on it," referring to diagrams no layman could possibly read. Or sketches with measurements i didn't realize that i should have measured myself, instead of trusting the expert. He took responsibility for nothing, and wants thousands of dollars more to fix his mistakes - won't even pull out the useless spice racks without charging me. Other than that...nice work, but definitely not worth it.

It's barely been a year and they're in awful shape. The cabinets are out of alignment and each time I open them, I'm afraid that the handle is going to rip off the door. We provided them with the door hardware and the "design" they provided didn't take into account the wine fridge handles. Because of this, we're unable to open one of the drawers all the way. Our previous cabinets were from Home Depot and their quality was far superior than theirs. Just know that you get what you pay for with their inexpensive cabinets. I can't speak for the quality of their other cabinets, but I'd suggest staying away from their inexpensive options.

To update my review below: I don't know who these people are…read morewho are happy with Edwin's work but I guess they got lucky. After Edwin had promised to do a walk through of the job and to arrange for my very large remnant (most of the slab) of calacatta viola marble to be returned to me, he ghosted me. I had my lawyer send him a letter because Edwin/JNA is working as an unlicensed specialty contractor and as such is subject to full disgorgement of everything I paid him and he still chooses to behave unprofessionally and will not reply or return calls so that I can get my stone back. Who behaves like this? I'll be pursuing him and his company in court I hope the time Edwin is going to lose trying to defend himself will be worth the few hours he could have taken to drive to the project to see all the issues and arrange for the return of my slab. I have renovated several houses and have never had such a bad experience with a counter fabricator. Communication with Edwin Meza, the owner, was horrible. Once he has your money he's too busy soliciting his next project. I made a down payment in April and to this day, he has not even performed a walk through to address the issues. The first indication of the poor quality of the work was when they installed the kitchen counters and I saw that, without consulting me, they had chosen two completely unmatched pieces to seam together in an obvious location when the other end of the counter would have been a much better match to the filler piece and used a piece to complete the counter run. They left me with so much damage to walls. I don't understand how they could even cause this much damage. I've included photos. Edwin, the owner, is too busy soliciting work to supervise what his workers are doing on site. One of my slabs was polished calacatta viola slab. They left it dull and honed the edges and didn't even realize it was polished when I pointed it out. I have repeatedly requested dimensions and photos of the large remnant of this calacatta viola slab from my project of which they're still in possession despite my multiple requests that it be returned to me. The calacatta viola was to have been used in two bathrooms and they managed to screw up in both as well. I had agreed with Edwin's worker Kevin that the reveal at the counter in the master bath be 3/8". Instead, the reveal is all over the place, from non-existent to 1/4". In the guest en suite, they were tasked with cutting a shower curb out of the slab. They had the measurements and they still cut one end too short and snuck in a filler piece without telling me, leaving me to discover it later when I was cleaning up. I had bought bathroom sinks and when I met with Edwin, we discussed that he would take them to the shop. He declined and just took the templates. The two guest bathrooms in the house were to have the same Kohler sink. The ADU bathroom had a smaller sink, a better fit for the smaller vanity. Wouldn't you guess it? Edwin "thought" they all had the same sink and so the sink opening for the ADU counter was cut too big and in the interest of time, I relented and let them install the larger Kohler sink in the ADU and now the larger guest vanity has a much smaller sink which infuriates me every time I look at it. The stainless steel kitchen sink in the ADU was left smeared with who knows what and has drip marks I can't get out. There is more, but this should be enough to warn unsuspecting victims to stay away. A contractor friend came by and said it's the worst fabrication job he's ever seen. Way to go, JNA!

So far Kosta and Byron have fabricated the stone for two of my bathrooms, including a custom sink. The team artfully cut and installed the stone- choosing the prettiest sections to showcase. I was so thrilled with the results, I have given them the rest of my stone work (kitchen and 2 more baths). While there may be less expensive options out there for fabrication, the result more than justifies the cost, and everyone who works there is kind, respectful, and wonderful at their job.
