We scheduled an installation date which ISP honored. The installation team arrived early in the morning and got right down to business. The team was friendly and hard working. In early May I lost some roofing shingles during one of those wind storms. I called ISP roofing…read moreand Juan Carlos, the roofing supervisor, came the very next day. He told me my roof had wind damage and I should file a home owners insurance claim, which I did. I would not have thought to do this without Juan suggesting that I do so. as far as I'm concerned it is because of him that I now have a brand new roof which was covered by my insurance, minus the deductible! And all I had to do was make one phone call! Even without the insurance the price for replacing my roof was very reasonable. We scheduled the roof replacement which took place on June 3, 2025. ISP took care of all of the paperwork with the insurance company, I just signed over the insurance checks to them. The work crew arrived very early on 6/3. the first thing they did was to move all of my benches, chairs and flower pots away from the house, then they dropped protective plastic over the entire house which they used to catch all of the roofing material they removed. They worked through the entire day and were done by 6 PM. I was not home when they finished, but when I came home later that evening everything was back in exactly the same spot they were when the crew arrived. Not one nail or debris in my lawn or driveway! Except for the dumpster, which they removed the following morning, you would not know that I had roof work done! Juan Carlos was very responsive to my many phone calls and answered all of my questions as we went through this process. I highly recommend ISP for any roofing problems one might have. penny p. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Atlantic Building Products to proceed with caution…read more After selecting my countertop, both Atlantic and their fabricator, KB Surfaces, represented that it could be installed with only one seam. Months later, after the kitchen had already been demolished and the countertop had been measured, Atlantic reversed its position and said the agreed upon configuration could no longer be done. At that point, I was offered what Atlantic representedjas an 'essentially identical' replacement countertop-but at approximately 40% higher cost. I wasn't allowed to inspect the actual slab before committing, only a small sample and photo, and I was told I would face a 30% restocking fee if I rejected it after ordering. With the kitchen already torn apart, I had no practical choice but to move forward. Atlantic then promised the replacement would arrive in about two weeks. Instead, it was delayed by roughly another month due to what I was told was a "shipping issue", leaving my family without a usable kitchen even longer. When the countertop finally arrived, it was materially different from what I had originally selected and what I had been told I was purchasing. The appearance was nothing like the sample I relied on when agreeing to spend thousands of dollars more.

Most companies wouldn't even give me a quote because I wasn't the official homeowner. Not A1! Christian came out right away, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and later walked me through his detailed report and the 200+ photos he took. That level of detail gave me full confidence to move forward. I immediately signed to have the roof installed after closing. Five Stars for Christian! Then just days before closing, my bank suddenly required the roof to be replaced before they'd clear the loan. Total stress--until A1 stepped in. They coordinated with my attorneys and, within two days, had the crew replacing the roof. Moses, the project manager, was phenomenal--constant updates, hands-on management, and even local recommendations since I'm new to the area. When my realtor and I stopped by, we saw the crew's craftsmanship in action. The property was spotless when they finished, and the roof looks beautiful. Five Stars for Moses and his amazing crew! From start to finish--Christian's inspection, Moses' project management, and the hardworking crew--A1 delivered top-notch service. Even my realtor was so impressed she said she'll recommend A1 to her clients. If you want professionalism, integrity, and people who truly care, A1 Home Improvement LLC is the way to go.
