They did nothing that his pcp hadn't already done. So what is the point of a specialist. The provider wasn't interested in helping him, they rushed thru the initial appointment like it was a follow up. They should be ashamed to call themselves specialist in their field. I spent an hour and a half there for a hearing test with the doctors main intention to upsell me versus adjusting my hearing aids that I currently have. He told me he ran out of time and I'd have to make another appointment. That's bull crap and I'm not going back. He told me it was under new ownership and that has totally ruined the reputation of good sound audiology. I do not recommend them.

After one exhausting hour I was told that the doctor was in the room. When I turned around to look at her, she made no effort to introduce herself or address me properly. She just said I should go see a neurologist. The woman should not have been working. She looked as if she would deliver a baby any minute. she should've been home.
