Andrew and Mike were on time, very knowledgeable, resourceful and happy to explain issues and best practices to me. Some supplies were needed and they were prompt to find quality parts and return for installation. They brought their own tools and tuned the rigging and replaced faulty parts. Their pricing seemed very reasonable, and they fixed and organized a few extra things just to be helpful while they were addressing the main issues. They also met me outside of Seattle where the boat is docked. I now feel confident that my boat is ready for the ocean, and so glad I called these gents! Gave us no discount on the haul-out fee when we told them we weren't prepared to lose a month of prime boating - based on them not having revealed the delay prior to the haul-out. Also, make sure you get a firm written estimate from these guys. Prior to the haul-out, they gave us inexpensive estimates verbally, but once they had the boat out of the water, everything suddenly got complicated and expensive. End of the day, it cost us $1,000 to have our bottom pressure washed and get jerked around. Beware!

And finally, and this is the kicker, they've mistakenly listed me as SOLE OWNER on the title which I have in my hand despite the bank financing 90k.
