They are hiring because their best talent left. They do not honor warranties. When I got the tint, she said that I can come back if any issues happen. I admit I waited a month because of moving to school. I did everything right! I left the windows up and didn't touch it for literally a week and drove my other car. Now the window will not stay up. It slip down where I have the hold the button up for the window to stay up. I took my car back in and before they even looked at it, the woman told me that the window skipping has nothing to do with the window button. She also said "it's just a sticker" and cannot break the window button. I have had this Mercedes GLC for 6 years and I have other Mercedes. I've never experienced this since all my other cars came with the front windows tinted. She was very unhelpful and already argumentative. So I decided to just get it fixed somewhere else since I obviously cannot trust them. I had already decided to not come back there after originally getting my tints done because the owner\mechanic was very nasty to me when I wanted to ask a basic question about the window. I asked, can interrupt you to ask a question, he said "no, you can go ask her at the front". Then he parked my car on the side of the building next to some sketch alley with the key inside and doors open. NEVER again, and it was expensive!

It would be nice if you would add me as a friend I'd love to communicate with you" There was no prior conversation between this other customer and myself to even indicate that this was permissible to do so.

Arranging for pickup was another nightmare. They could not give me an estimated time, even am or pm, all they do is give you an hours notice to pick up. If your car is some distance away you need to sit there all waiting for the call. It is 3:30 pm, still waiting.

Now to be fair, every car I've had in the past was tinted by tint boyz and it never bubbled,…read morechipped, streaked, etc. so I always felt comfortable with them and sent people to them. Now sometime in 2020 I was researching how one can tell they have carbon or metal-dyed tint. I knew they were using Suntek Films from their website. So out of curiosity I asked them what kind of tint they'd be using on my windows and the young man replied "HP for carbon" due to my car being newer. Keep this in mind: their website says they recommend, use, and charge an extra $10 for carbon tint; metal-dyed would be $179. Other shops in the area are charging between $300-350 for carbon tinting so I became even more suspicious. If you search around, you'll find that HP for Suntek means high performance which is NOT carbon tint... it's metal-dyed. So I paid $10 extra for metal-dyed, not carbon as I was promised. Only reason I went with them is because of a great past history with them and I have a panoramic sunroof so I'm not worried about metal interference with my electronics. I just wish they were honest and fair about everything hence the 3 stars. I posted this "buyer beware" story just in case carbon tinting is truly what's need.
