The repair was fairly simple, just needed the part replaced and then a paint job to match the rest of the car. Roy gave me a MUCH smaller estimate than any other shop in the area, PLUS he got the work done in 2 hours, when everywhere else quoted me 2 days! They did an excellent job with the repair and paint - looks like new! This is a very small shop, so talk with them to see if they'll be able to do your repair. I would at least get an estimate from here to compare with other places, especially if you're looking to save a buck, because in my experience it really paid off. There aren't very many reviews on this place right now - I wouldn't trust the other one star review since it's from some fake namer with no real info attached to it, and the other 5-star review is from the business itself. So hopefully my review helps you a little bit - like I said, I came in for a quick bumper replacement, and this was the quickest, cheapest, and easiest place to get it done that I found in the area.

He was patient with me in regards to my drop off/pick up dates (as I am in education full time) and responded to all the questions I had about the process. He was able to actually fix the car for a little less than what the insurance agency paid me out (yay!). Mary was also extremely kind and understanding when my payment wouldn't go through right away. When I asked to see the detailed list of what was done, no one could produce anything. Two months go by and suddenly all these invoices appear. Charged me $1620 for storage. I asked Bob if I was going to be charged for storage, he stated "no. You have to have your car here and in line for when we are ready to work on it." It took 9 friggin' months for them to get to my car. That seem reasonable to you? Go elsewhere. They work incredibly slow, want $10,000 deposited before they even touch your car and are going to charge you for even thinking about your car. They had my car for about 15 days because they had to order parts as some were not repairable and also they are not open Saturdays or Sundays.
