Quick and awesome service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices and service make this a must stop for car audio needs.

I would give zero stars if I could…read more I had my vehicles windows tinted for the first time at Stereo1One on June 27. Almost immediately, the tint developed small bubbles from dust/dirt under the tint, so I brought my vehicle back on July 6 to have it redone under their lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the second tint job also had bubbles and scratches in the tint film, showing the same lack of quality workmanship. On July 13, I returned to request a refund and have the tint removed, but I was told there was no manager on duty and no one could help me. I had to come back again on July 20, only to be told they would not issue a full refund. Instead, they offered me a $200 refund if I agreed to keep the defective tint. After paying around $530 for the upgraded carbon tint, I wasn't about to accept paying hundreds of dollars for a tint job that had already failed twice. With no reasonable resolution offered, I agreed to let them tint the windows a third time under the lifetime warranty. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, they simply handed me my keys and immediately locked the doors for the day. I didn't even have the opportunity to inspect the work before they closed. Once I was able to inspect it, I found additional scratches in the tint film, meaning the third attempt still wasn't done correctly. It even looks like lighter or different colored tint, which makes me believe they put the downgraded standard tint on. Since June 27, I've had to make four separate trips to this shop because they have repeatedly failed to provide a quality installation. A lifetime warranty means very little when the same defects keep happening and the solution is simply to keep redoing the same poor work. What disappoints me most isn't just the poor workmanship--it's how the situation was handled. After multiple failed installations, I expected the company to stand behind its work with a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was offered only a partial refund if I accepted a defective product, and after the third installation I wasn't even given the chance to inspect the work before the shop closed. I expected professional workmanship and customer service, especially after spending hundreds of dollars. Instead, I was left with repeated bubbling & scratches in the tint film, multiple wasted trips, a denied refund request, and a third tint job that still wasn't right. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stereo1One.

The kid did a awesome job and he took his time and it sounded incredible. I didn't have any complaints about his job he done. I then came back and an older guy put in my backup camera and he went above and beyond and did a terrific job and I had great respect for the job he done putting it in. I bought another Tahoe and I went back to Tint World to just have certain wires ran because I wanted to do my own install this time. I got the same older Mexican guy who did a terrific job putting in my backup camera. I asked for him to run 2 power wires from the second alternator to the back where my second battery was located and run my car audio jacks and my remote wire. Well unfortunately I didn't get that done like I asked. He only ran one power wire and a supposed remote wire that I never could find behind the radio. I was charged $300.00 to have one power wire ran and that's it. I had to run my own remote wire and the other power wire that I asked him to put in and I had to run my own car jacks from the radio back to the amps. Which was what I paid them to do. He did a rush job on what I asked him to do and it has taken me about a month to fix his slope job that he did. I am very disappointed with the quality of work that was done this time. I feel I was ripped off by them this time. When initially I had to end up doing all the work myself after his slope job. Trust me I won't be going back to Tint World ever again for any more work. I feel like I ripped off by them like I did with the owners of the Tint World that was there before them. Just make sure that they do the work like you ask them to when they are done. Thank you for your time reading this. I just had to make sure I expressed every detail of what happened. I almost forgot he also only installed one 150 amp fuse to run 2 2,500 watt amps. Unfortunately the fuse burned in half the very next day. I even told him that 2 250 amp fuses were used on the last build and the were melting and so were the fuse holders. Even with me telling him that he refused to change the fuse. So I had to end up doing it myself. Thank you. The pictures are irrelevant don't pay them any attention.

Did not have the extra money to spare but I sucked it up and called Alarmtronix. I was informed that I should arrive by 9am, to get me in right away, and I arrived bright and early by 8:45am. They got me in right away and began installing the alarm. Took close to 3 and 1/2 hours but the wait was worth it due to the peace of mind it brought me. [Also becoming a legal gun owner, having obtained my Wisconsin Conceal and Carry License brought even more peace of mind!] lol. The alarm is GREAT! It's made by Compustar, has a 2-way pager with scrolling messages that tell the owner if the shock sensors were activated or if the doors or trunk were triggered and more! The shock sensors are sensitive but not overly sensitive during my testing. After enabling the shock sensors via the remote and enabling the alarm, I tested all areas of my vehicle. I gave the windshields, front and back, a firm knock and the alarm blared immediately! I pulled up on all four door handles and the alarm went off immediately! I even began knocking against the lower body of my vehicle and the alarm blared immediately! [Alarmtronix staff were friendly, courteous and did an excellent job installing my new car alarm on a pretty old vehicle and the price of the new alarm plus installation was more than reasonable! $239.99 plus tax totaled $253 and some change. I will be a repeat customer for as long as they are in business!] Prior to doing business with Alarmtronix, I looked online for car alarms and the price of the alarms alone were close to $200 dollars! LASTLY, NO ONE has bothered my vehicle after getting the alarm installed and the broken vent window fixed! Also, the young couple who don't legally pay for parking, who I think were the ones breaking into my vehicle, STOPPED parking next to my car altogether! I'm thinking some of the neighbors, who I informed about earning my Conceal and Carry License, gave them a stern warning! lol

I left a small critique on Google maps for this purchase and the owner or employee contacted me by text messages basically telling me they didn't like my review (I really wish I could post the screenshots). Anyways, It wasn't til I got home when I saw their response on Google Maps that really didn't sit right with me. What they posted and sent me in text messages were things they didn't tell me when they asked me to keep my car overnight I had just found out with the internet because of the review all the reasons why they asked to keep it. I didn't know there was already an alarm on the vehicle working or not (I just bought the vehicle 2 days prior), I didn't know that it took 2 hrs extra because of this, I didn't know that the owner had to come in 2 hrs early the next day to finish my vehicle, I didn't know that your policy is usually only take drop offs before 8am because you never said this to me, you broke your own policy and blaming me for it. None of this was explained to me til a day AFTER I paid them, drove away and left a review. He stated it as if they did me a favor, a favor I didn't even know I was getting, how could I be grateful for you saving me $200 and you never told me what or why? When they asked to keep my car, I asked why and they responded "car stuff" and issues with the car before me. So now I am in a situation that if I ever have an issue with my alarm (which I don't think I will) I will never go back. The receipt they gave me says ALARM WITH REMOTE START ON FACTORY-INSTALLATION OF COMPONETS- YOU SAVED $200 then shows the 582.00 after tax on a sheet of paper and then a smaller receipt stapled to it for 596.00 no mention of brand or model just blank. I just don't get it, it was a professional exchange and the work was done, the employee was cool and I was satisfied when I shook his hand and drove away, not once was their attitude with me or him so all that was well. It was the review I left on Google Maps that got us here. Once again I will say it "It was an inconvenient purchase for me."
