I called MANY other companies -- none of which could or were willing to provide assistance in getting me and my vehicle to safety. Once I was fortunate enough to reach Floyd's, help was on the way. They sent not 1 but 2 trucks and the drivers teamed up to get my vehicle loaded on a flatbed and hauled it, and me, to a local shop they recommended where I could not have been more warmly received.
