They do excellent work at NuWorld tint. Had my windows done on my Ram truck and they look great. Highly recommend.

    Bully Diesel and Automotive Repair

    (6 reviews)

After having a bad experience at another shop, I was told about Bully Diesel…read more On 4/16/19, they said the issue was the harmonic balancer among other issues such as a cracked intake manifold. The original repair shop agreed to cover the repairs from Bully directly. In July 2019, they started dismantling the truck for it had major wiring harness issues and made their own since they could not find one. When checking progress weekly, it sat unattended due to work being done on the owner's, family's or a friend's vehicle. The windows had dust that was written on such as indecent phrases. My daughter seen. The staff smoked in the workplace and I cringed when seeing them being flung within the repair area due to possible gas. On 1/21/20, they stopped working on it till they received payment from the original shop. The vehicle only needed to be "buttoned up". It still had the front end missing with no engine. There were options regarding the next steps such as buying out of the vehicle for $2,900 or to have Bully finish by 1/31/20 for the price of $4965. The original shop made the payment and all of us signed a release of responsibility agreement to release the original shop of any future or past repairs. It was NOT done by 1/31/20. On 4/2/20, I had seen employees either working on Dustin's car or their own vehicles. On 4/6/20, they had issues starting it due to "bad gas from sitting so long". With new gas, it would not turn over. They said they owe me a new starter and battery and they were missing the rear harness in the shop. At 6 pm on 4/6/20, I was sent a hazy video of it "running". I had called to confirm the text as I am not sure what it was about. I was told "I told you so". I assume it meant it started as it was the extent of the conversation. On 4/8/20, the original shop called to inform me they talked with Bully about how long the vehicle sat past 1/31/20. Then Dustin sent me a text about having it towed to the original shop. He claimed he only charged parts and not the labor or the a/c condenser. I had then sent the invoice to show they were paid for. I told Dustin that it was in my best interest to have them finish the vehicle as I am not sure how the argument was my fault. But he felt the need to have it towed and refund the original shop all the money they paid. In my opinion, this project may have been over their head even though the over confidence of getting it finished was there from the beginning. On 4/9/20 the tow truck picked it up and delivered it to the original repair shop...still missing the rear harness. After seeing the condition of the vehicle at its arrival, it was nowhere near the condition it was taken to Bully at the time I DROVE it there. It was not even drivable for it did not turn over. There were wires cut that did not go to anything. The front license plate was off and inside the vehicle among other engine parts. There were wires all over the driver side. The front grille was ready to fall off and there was over-spray of black paint on the rear doors and brown stains on the middle console. From it sitting there at Bully Diesel for an ENTIRE YEAR, I feel I had wasted time in a 3 year warranty from the rebuilt engine and wasted more time to have fixed what Bully Diesel did. The wiring harness that was made was not built to OEM specs. After the harness was replaced with a brand new OEM unit, the Suburban had the same issues it had prior to Bully having it...thus their work had no impact on fixing the original problem but caused more problems including missing bolts. After 3 months, I had received the vehicle back from the original shop owner with past and present repairs fixed along with a promise of free oil changes for the lifetime of the vehicle. I guess I was hoping to have a happy experience with Bully Diesel instead or to at least receive an apology or a phone call regarding the situation as this was merely one shop having a heated conversation with another and I was caught in the middle.

Had a great experience at first then it went South when they couldn't fix the issue. Now I'm on my…read moreown to figure this out.
