His son comes out to the truck and does the coax while Jerry works on the radio. Both of them exceeded my expectations. They tested the coax I had and it was in good shape so we didn't need to run new coax. His son put the new antennas on and tested them out...no charge for the labor. Inside, Jerry went thru my radio and fixed a problem with the meter without me asking, no extra charge there either. Their prices are more than fair and their work is exceptional. There are so few CB shops around this country and fewer that provide such quality service with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Come by here and make sure yours is working as good as it can!!!!

Century Electronics was located in the same plaza. My friends and I would go in the store and look at all the hifi stereo equipment. This was probably nearing the end of the HIFI stereo era which produced the best iconic stereo equipment of all time. Needless to say we were tolerated even tho we couldn't afford anything in the store. Fast forward 30 years. My collection of stereo equipment was all manufactured before I was born by a good decade. It's the type of equipment that you get fixed and will never ever see the bottom up a dumpster. The number of individuals still alive with the skill to service these units and restore them to their glory is dwindling every year that goes by. Century Electronics has not 1, but 2 old school techs that can fix anything from Marantz receivers, McIntosh tube amplifiers to speakers all made before the Vietnam war. They take pride in their work and preserve quality by refusing to use cheap Chinese capacitors and other inferior parts. This is the only place I will take my equipment. Don't expect to walk in for the ABT style showroom with 100k of product. The back room repair shop is where it's at here.

I dropped off my daughter's flute in JULY to have it repaired before she started band. When school began and it still wasn't done, I was told it was my fault for bringing it in "so late." Fine--I accepted that and waited. At the end of August, I called: not done. Mid-September: still not done. I went into the store the following week because my daughter had now been sitting in band class for six weeks with no instrument, and nothing was getting resolved. Only then was I offered a loaner--something that had never been mentioned before, despite multiple conversations. I was told the flute was "almost done," just waiting for the tech to sign off, and they would call me when it was ready. Fast-forward to NOVEMBER 17th..... No call. No update. Nothing. I went in today and asked--again--what was going on. I was told the flute still isn't done, and the reason? Because they gave us a rental, they "worked on other people's instruments" and let ours sit. So after four months, my daughter's flute is still unfinished. After five attempts to follow up, I still received no proactive communication. And after giving them every opportunity to make this right, I'm left with an unrepaired instrument and a very clear impression that my business simply wasn't valued. This experience has been beyond disappointing, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting Guzzardo with your instruments or your time.

It's ok to explain the warranty policy but her demeanor and tone was unprofessional even though I insisted I understood that I need my receipt next time. The crazy part is the mechanic knew that it was their part and they installed it. Honestly no matter how much I love the mechanics work she made me not ever wanting to go back.
