Rock'N Renewal Transformed Our Home! In preparing our…read moreBothell home for sale, we initially hired a local company to polish and seal the granite in our kitchen and bathrooms, as well as re-grout and seal our master bath shower. Unfortunately, after several unsuccessful attempts to correct issues with the shower, they referred us to David Stadler of Rock'N Renewal and Restoration LLC to step in and do damage control. The results were amazing. In fact, we were so impressed that we asked David and his crew, Gabi and Andrew, to complete a full Shower/Bathtub Restoration Package on our primary bathroom's travertine shower and floor pan, grout repair and patching on the shower walls, floor, tub deck walls, and face tiles, as well as restoration of the stone in our foyer and main entrance at our new Mukilteo home The transformation was superb, each area now looks as though the stone was newly installed. David's attention to detail is unmatched; when it comes to quality, he's truly meticulous. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Rock'N Renewal and Restoration LLC. Five stars plus!

I can't say enough wonderful comments about HydroShield!!…read moreJim and Kim were awesome from the first minute they came into our home. We talked about my concerns about our tile, which is extensive in our home. Then we went to the master-bath and discussed the glass door and glass enclosure wall, of the shower. It was covered by hard water and soap build up. Another area was the tile pan in the same bathroom. The color had turned darker and it was difficult to get it cleaned, like it once looked when it was new. I definitely feel we were given a very good price for the work that was done. Jim and Kim worked on their knees for hours, cleaning our tile and scrubbing the grout. Jim spent a good amount of time on our shower. The results were amazing. Our tile color looked like it was brand new! The grout color was perfect again. The bathroom glass door and enclosure, looked like it was just installed.....so cleaning and bright! I could see the shower pan looking through the bottom of the glass door. But wait!!!!! After all the beauty of our glass shower coming alive with a clean sparkling effect, the shower pan was absolutely perfect! The grout color and tile was exactly the same color as when it was installed 16 years ago. I really can't thank Jim & Kim enough for the beautiful job they did for our home. When I first met them, I called my daughters and told them that Jim & Kim, were the nicest people, that I have ever met. They did such a great job explaining the process of the cleaning and answered all our questions. They were so respectful, kind, and fun to talk to as well. Our world could use a lot more people like Jim & Kim. Larry and Nancy L.

We have a large area of hardwood flooring to refinish, I contacted 4 contractors and decided to…read morehire Northwest Flooring to do the work. They are family-run business (Serhii, his brother and family members do all the work), Serhii is a great communicator and he responded to my detailed questions in writing very clearly while some other contractors don't care to spend that time/effort. Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

I would start off by saying I had three pieces of furniture refinished by Kennedy's Refinishing…read moreback in 2011 and he did an outstanding job. (Pictures of those pieces added to this review.) So this is to follow up on that with a final piece of furniture he did just last week. All four pieces of furniture belonged to my grandmother and I'm sure are older than me (I'm 64) which of course would make them antiques. I went to my first Everett Home Show in 2011 and that's where I saw the Kennedy's Refinishing booth. It was talking to him at that time and seeing pictures of what he'd already done that inspired me to bring the first three pieces to him. As I said he did an outstanding job! But this review is for the final piece. This last piece was broken into several pieces. Sadly there was one small piece I couldn't find which is why it took me 9 years to bring it to him. Once I found that last piece I immediately took pictures and emailed him for not only an estimation and quote but even if this little table was salvageable. He replied yes it was and how long it would take to restore and the cost estimate, which I readily agreed to. He originally said two weeks but he actually got it restored in just one week! And you can see from the pictures, he did an amazing job!! I cannot thank Mr. Kennedy enough for restoring these priceless family treasures to their original pristine condition! I highly recommend Kennedy's Furniture Refinishing to anyone needing their most valuable furniture pieces restored.
