Why wouldn't a funeral director know the rules of operation for the National Cemetery for veterans? Especially when All Veterans is the name of the business! I was told that the cemetery would call to set up the burial so that the family could be there when our loved one was laid to rest. Instead I received in the mail a packet with the section and grave number where he was already buried. It was devastating for the entire family. We all felt that we didn't have the closure we needed.
