We had a loved one pass, which is hard for any family. We used this location because financially we were limited to where we could go. The person that came to pick up our loved one - his name was Matt I believe and he was wonderful, however when you get to deal with the women that is at this location, she is a cold-hearted, insensitive person. Its like it doesn't matter that you just lost a loved one, she's impersonal and the last person that anyone who recently suffered a loss should be dealing with. This facility can't seem to get their paperwork, cremation, and urns all together; if one thing was ready, the other parts of the process were not, and you have to do all the leg work and continuously follow up, almost 'helicopter-parent' the entire process. It was an additional stress having to deal with the Good Earth staff; this facility needs better, human individuals who are going to be sympathetic and understanding of your life situation. Highly recommend going to a different facility. read more
