She also ordered a locket for me, which have my dad's cremated remains and finger print on it, so that I can take my dad everywhere with me. Because of this mistake, I did not receive his ashes and lost the opportunity to place them in the ocean with my mother, who passed away from cancer five months ago. What makes this worse is the lack of follow-up and compassion. I called to ask where his ashes were placed looking for some closure because I have heard that sometimes the communal ashes are put in a garden or the ocean. I never even received a return call. Mistakes can happen. But accountability, communication, and empathy matter -- especially when families are grieving. Unfortunately, those were missing here. I hope no other family has to experience this additional heartbreak during an already devastating time.

Not sure about the details and inner workings of this because i am writing as a guest here. A small venue located in Saint Peterberg, it can fit lots of people, and essentially has 2 rooms, one in the back, and one in the front. For the funeral I attended, we used the room in the front, which also had a television. That same television was used to show a slideshow of photos of my aunt. Love that modern technology can be used in a setting like this. I attended this along with my family and some of my cousin's friends. It also had a restroom with a water fountain that one can drink water from. I point this out because My dad and I were drinking alot of water. and the service to honor was nice, except well--- I'm not religious and maybe some others are, but the priest did draw out prayers like the hail mary and our father. And nothing about that my aunt will be in all of our hearts and the memories will remain, and that would be a positive thing. Anyways, I'm not here to critique the priest-- just here to say that the venue was very cute despite small.
