Death is a highly emotional and painful experience for anyone to go through and if people have their living wills and a trust, it might be a little easier than posting obnoxious reviews. And David is right, you can't use money from a deceased persons account. It has nothing to do with how many children you might have or even different names. It's the law. As far as the value, it didn't matter to me as I had to do what I had to do both times unfortunately.
