Tsadae creates a healing environment for relaxation and support during pregnancy. She is an advocate for your needs and birthing plans and really wants the best for you. This is my first time coming to see Tsadae. Her business is in a plaza with parking and she shares the space with an acupuncturist. Tsadae is there every Thursday and Friday and alternating Sundays. She is very responsive via text and is very understanding if you need to reschedule as we know sometimes things come up in our pregnancies that we don't anticipate! During my massage she was very professional and was able to give my body pain relief in my lower back. I also felt relaxed afterwards and felt like my body could move more freely. She helped released tension in my neck and shoulders as well since that's where I hold all my stress. She has pillows to help you feel comfortable on your side while she massages you and a wedge pillow for when you sit up for her to massage your neck and upper back. I definitely recommend her! read more

Tsadae is a true body worker and healer. I saw her for multiple prenatal massages and she made such a massive difference in my pregnancy. When I had placenta previa, I took advantage of her in home services and that was a game changer. She heals with not just her hands but also her mind and her amazing energy. I got another massage post partum at home and I cannot recommend that enough. Tsadae is an incredible human and the Bay is so lucky to have her! read more

Wonderful experience! I appreciate how Tsadae has a holistic approach by taking into consideration the following: lifestyle, health background, & potential factors leading to problem areas. I had a pre-natal massage with Tsadae and all I can say is it was dreamy. I felt so held and cared for during a very hectic week at work and left feeling relaxed and calm-- a feeling I was able to hold on to for some time. Tsadae is a talented body worker and so knowledgable about of the birthing and prenatal experience. I have already recommended her in my prenatal yoga classes and hope you will consider this a glowing endorsement if you are wondering if pre-natal massage is right for you. I've been looking for a close by and good energy massage place and I think I found it. First impression. Tsade is very responsive to Yelp inquiries and works to get the schedules just right. Settled on my appt and arrived to the blding It's a bit tricky to find her spot, but I like to think of it as a hidden secret. The moment she greets you, it's a vibe. No over the top, no fake bs. She sits you down at a table, asks a bit about you and what you looking for her to do. The atmosphere is great. Music not too loud. There is just her spot so there is no noise of other people going in and out. An hour and half of pure bliss. I won't lie, but she is a bit pricey for some you used to the run of the mill 60 min for $60, but this is your health. She has been in the business a long time and knows her stuff. Do something for yourself, you deserve it. I'll be back. read more

What a personable experience I had with Tsadae. She is so real and skillful! I would highly recommend her business. Nice location, clean office, tranquil ambiance, and beautiful scents. I wish I had found her sooner. I have done many massage therapy sessions for many indications but this is how prenatal massages to be conducted, I thought deep pressure is what I needed every time! But she rectified my experience by working on all tensions spots, perception of pain and our intake is so relaxing . The work space is so private and welcoming. I highly recommend Tsade with no reservations read more

Tsadae is an incredibly talented masseuse with a kind heart. I wholeheartedly recommend you book a massage with her today! THE SETUP: She has provided me great relief through my pregnancy. Her parental massage setup is heavenly! She keeps the table warm with a heating pad and has all the best pillows to prop you up. Her music playlist is amazing too! Beautiful calming beats and ocean sounds that help you relax and lose track of time. THE PROCESS: I love that she starts each session with a check-in. I use that time to tell her my physical aches and pains but there's something so calming about her that brings out some of the other things I am carrying on my heart and in my body. I can tell she takes that information and incorporates it into our massage. THE MASSAGE: She's got a superb touch. I never feel painfully kneaded. Instead, I sense her purpose and intention to really provide me with relief. I have left every session with a bounce in my step (a really big deal when you're carrying a baby!!). 10/10 recommend you book with Tsadae today!! read more

Wowww!!!! Tsadae is INCREDIBLE. I walked away from my prenatal massage honestly feeling like I had a transcending experience, like I had not felt that relaxed my entire 8.5 months of pregnancy. It is very apparent that Tsadae takes her craft seriously and her techniques are above any I have had. Have already told every childbearing age/pregnant woman I know within Oakland area to make a prenatal massage appointment with Tsadae when they need one Also those COVID concerned. Masks were worn the entire time and Tsadae also wore a face shield. read more

I wanted to treat my mom to a massage for her birthday, and after searching a bit, we definitely found the right place. She absolutely loved it! Everything went smoothly from booking the appointment through the end. With it being my mother's first massage, I was a little worried about how things would go, but once we met with Tsadae I felt at ease, knowing she was in good hands. I went to Tsadae upon the recommendation of a friend who I trust and has been going to her for years. I was hopefully to find someone I can consistently visit as I have gone to about three different pre-natal massage therapists still not finding a fit or someone who worked on my body in a way that shifted my stress, pains. Immediately upon the first visit, Tsadae was the first to be able to remove the sciatic pain I had throughout my pregnancy. I knew I had found the one! She works with deep intention every time and an awareness of the body and its needs. The space of her practice is spiritual and healing. She also uses a high quality table and lotions to assist with your complete sense of calm during and after. She takes the time to get to know you individually and is clearly gifted at her practice. I would recommend anyone and everyone to Tsadae! A treat well worth indulging in pregnant or not. Experience her magic!! read more

Wow, Tsadae, I am blown away! I have had prenatal massages before and the reason why I don't come back to many is because they are afraid to touch pregnant women (reasonably so) but this body needed a lot of TLC and I was honestly in for a treat. I felt myself so relaxed and the only way to describe her massage technique is that it felt like waves coming and going. She pressed on pressure points and wasn't afraid to really get in there. Now, that's what I call body work! Worth a drive and I definitely need to figure out the next time I can come in. I'm very thankful for the experience and service. I honestly think this is the best massage I've ever had! Thank you! read more

After searching for months for a good massage therapist I instead found a great one - Tsadae! Many times prenatal massages leave you feeling like nothing was done, but with Tsadae that wasn't the case at all. In my third trimester I had a lot of aches and pains that she was able to help bring relief to. Her warmth and calming personality, the studio ambiance, and the great musical playlist (more than just the typical ocean sounds) left me feeling rejuvenated and at peace. read more

She is very easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable in various forms of healing. Her hands are gentle and she knows exactly where to press to release discomfort and tension. I also liked the fact that she gave me an overview of what the session was like at the beginning and asked if I had any questions. I walked out the session feeling happy and recharged! Amazing empathetic massages are hard to come by but Tsadae really knows how to deliver. I highly recommend Souly Body.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing back pain for the past 2 months. Tsadae's massage might have been the best I have experienced! I'm not usually a big fan of massages simply because I leave sore, underwhelmed and unsatisfied. Tsadae showed me that it doesn't require a hard painful massage to alleviate aches tightness. Her touch is gentle and just right. I left feeling relaxed and walking taller (which is a rarity as a pregnant woman!) I highly recommend her and will be booking my next appointment soon. Thank you Tsadae!! read more

I had the pleasure of getting one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had by Tsadae. As a mother of 3 and entrepreneur it's not often that I get to indulge in self care but I am so glad I took the time to get this much needed body work done. When I arrived Tsadae was cheerfully there to receive me on time (punctuality is a huge requirement for me). The energy and aesthetic of the massage studio was both charming and calming. Tsadae was attentive to my needs, she was both engaged and present throughout the entire massage. I did fall asleep a few times, which never happens to me, but her ability to help me silence my thoughts and be present in the moment really allowed me to disconnect from my every day hustle. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone who needs some self care to visit this gem in Oakland. read more

The best experience EVER! I definitely left a new person!!! Highly recommend!!! Her energy is amazing! Peace and Blessings!

If i could give more stars I would. From the moment I called for the appointment her energy was captivating and I instantly felt relaxed. For a few minutes before the appointment she really takes the time to get to know you ask about the pregnancy and offer advise, it's not invasive at all it's quite comforting especially if you're in the early stages and may not have let many people know about the pregnancy. Her studio is adorable and the pillows on her massage table are so comfortable. The best massage I've ever had and the only prenatal massage I've gotten. Though I work out regularly I changed jobs around the same time I found out I was pregnant and have been sitting a lot more and it caused some back pain, I had let her know before hand and she really focused on that area helping relieve that tension. I will definitely becoming back and strongly recommend her. read more
