The fries are cooked in beef tallow which makes this place my go to for great fries!! The soup you get with your burger meal is always exceptional, and always tastes like they made it from scratch. As a home cook, if it's not scratch, it has fooled even me. All the soups are excellent. They have a burger special during the week for a really great price. And the meat is fresh. The only other dishes I've tried are the ETA Vegetable Bowl, you cannot go wrong if you're in the mood for veggies and rice! 5 Star! I of course got a burger, bison burger, brioche bun, and the toppings I like. I built my own because I just couldn't make up my mind. I loved it, cooked perfectly, juicy, so much flavor. I think it was my first time ever having bison and I enjoyed it. Fries were good. Now here comes the delicious part, we got a chocolate chip cookie sundae to share because we were stuffed, and the price of the milkshakes seemed a little high. We did like the fresh fruit and yogurt for parfait. It will be nice to try the regular menu during the week when we travel by next week.
