You said you can do the repair without moving the vanity. You lied. you could not do it and did not do it. I never said not to do it and you know very well the tenant responsible for the damage was footing the bill. your work is shoddy and the photos (please see the horrible work done here) show it. your quote "You directly told us you did not want to move the vanity so we did the best we could under those terms". This is a blatant lie, you said the vanity did not need to be moved to do the job. "you also gave us the saddle to install we didn't purchase it and install it" It is definitely not the right saddle but instead of doing quality work you threw it down to be done with the job. I had to pay to have it replaced with a professional contractor. "You mentioned you wanted to give us more work which doesn't make sense if we did such Terrible work and because we were to busy due to the storm in September 2022 and we didn't get back to you on time you decide to write this false statement on yelp" I asked you to repair this shoddy job and in lieu I would give you more work but instead, you decided to throw these lies on Yelp because you are not an upstanding guy. "Once again another customer who doesn't want to spend to much money" I had no budget constraints and you know that. YOU didn't want to spend the time or money to do the job properly.

Sometimes it's not fun to be right. I sent a request to…read moreseveral gardeners on Yelp. I outlined 3 things needed done. Just Clean Lots replied with a Robo response or Cut & Paste. Very generic "happy to help you with your garden related tasks". And "we must make an appointment". I didn't respond because I KNOW that the people who must appointments are always the WORST. They delay things forever. They tie up your whole day for nothing. And they charge way more! I like the companies that are a guy who has some other guys that work with him and they get the job done. After a few days, they reached out again. I replied and said that the robo reply wasn't good and that I'm not making an appt without knowing if they even do the tasks I needed done. I was assured that they could help with all 3. On Monday, they asked if they could come Tuesday of the following week. I said there was no way I could wait that long. Especially since there was so little change that there prices wouldn't be unreasonable. I need to know sooner rather than later if I need to move onto the next. I was talking with someone that I believe said she was the Operations Manager. Sigh... again, managers, having to inspect everything (rather than working from my description and the numerous pictures I supplied) and I told her it needed to be in a day or 2. She got back to me and proposed Thursday. That wasn't the day or 2 I wanted. But it was easier to accept than keep going back and forth. This was all on Yelp. So, I can't say if it was all one person or different people. I did get a message later saying that Wednesday would be possible. I said ok and said that anytime between 10AM and 3PM would be ok. Not that I like 5-hour windows. But again, to minimize the back and forth that would be necessary to fine tune a time. So, stayed available all day today. Made sure to be done with showering, etc before 10 so's to not be occupied if they came. 10AM came. 3PM came. Now, 5PM has come and gone and not only no show, but no contact. No request to reschedule. No apology for standing me up. Nothing. Part 2 - replying to Justin's comment You misunderstood. I don't mean that the estimate gets higher by being a week later. I mean that companies that make a trip over to spend time estimating charge more than companies that don't. They have to make up for the cost of the time of the person who is estimating rather than that person being on a job (whether it's gardening, painting, cleaning or any other work). What is referred to in your reply to my review as "building a relationship with the customer" is the exact opposite of what I want. I want the work done and not to be bothered. I shouldn't even have to be home. My gardener comes once a week and we see each other in person once a year (or less)! The best way to "build a relationship" with me is to accommodate my preferences as a customer. Not to force me to do things your way.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom!
