They came and everything they said they were going to do in the quote was like pulling teeth. The limb they were supposed to cut was only the branches off of it. I did not argue and I paid the amount quoted because it came with a $40 maintenance fee. I called again and the maintenance fee went up to $150. I would not recommend this company and advise you to see alternative means. Additionally, the owner's son was left to do the initial work and I was told he didn't speak English. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked. He then added sand, and sealed the pavers on the driveway, back yard and had already did the pointing. The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time. Since the tree was on my side of the fence I asked the 'climber' to try to get all of its parts to fall my way and not bother my neighbor with a cleanup. Nice. No apology, no nothing. Just a "We can't show up." Totally disregarding other people's time. I ended up just calling the other company and within a few days, they completed the job. No hassle, no back-and-forth nonsense. My brother has a home in Long Island and we've already set up an appointment to remove a handful of trees. Do better, seriously.
