The woman there greeted me and immediately began working on my brows. About 12 minutes into the appointment, I received a call from The Lash Lounge and realized I was at the wrong place. I answered and explained the honest mix-up. I even offered to reschedule and apply the $34 fee to a future appointment. I was polite and very apologetic, fully aware that their brow tech was left waiting. Unfortunately, I was met with zero empathy and told I'd be charged the full amount, no exceptions. Brow Threading told me this kind of confusion has happened before. If that's the case, maybe a little flexibility would go a long way--especially for new clients. Bottom line: mistakes happen. But how a business handles them says everything. The Lash Lounge chose to charge me for a service I didn't receive instead of offering any kind of understanding. I won't be going back.
