So glad I found this spot. We were driving through on the way home and there was nothing I saw that was healthy...checked on Yelp and there they were! The young ladies were super nice. The decor is cozy and cute. I would definitely hang out here if I lived here. I ordered a Spirit bowl and two smoothies. My hubby got the Power smoothie with Kale and his was great. I got the Sense smoothie. I liked it a lot but wish I had gotten something green. My bowl was awesome. Had a nice bit of granola with each bite, which is what I love. Only thing I will say is I added almonds for $1 next time I would probably switch the coconut out for almonds. Nothing was wrong with the coconut just would save the dollar. Y'all, I took one bite of my yogurt parfait (blueberry + strawberry) and almost cursed! --it's so good! As a simple parfait, I don't know why it's that good, special-magic honey used maybe, but it is! I wasn't quite ready to go full-on açaí, but I wanted a close, more familiar second on my first visit. The hubs ordered a giant "Body" açaí bowl and loved it. I tasted his and it was pretty good sans the banana-- but that's just me. He tasted my parfait, raised his eyebrows, and from that point on I sensed a bit of jealousy. Just sayin'! I love their grab and go options at the register , the cute kidz corner, the cozy sitting area, and the loyalty program they offer. THE WORST. I don't blame the employs anymore. i blame the management. as i looked to make a review of the horrible service, i found multiple people saying the same thing about terrible employees. I have never experienced a worse customer experience. The lady out the counter was very sweet, but the dark haired girl in the back who was making our orders had headphones on and was yelling on the phone saying "you go to church modest but you are a slut" essentially. I was embarrassed to be walking in to such a low quality place with low quality people. She had no sense of self awareness and was almost acting like there was no accountability what so ever. that was just the customer service, the acai however was so watered down. I threw it out( and i LOVE soul bolz in foley, best management, best branch) i was very polite to the lady at the front. TERRIBLE service. All the employees cussing and cracking up in the back while I was waiting for a to go order. Never started working on it. My only complaint about this place is that the prices advertised on their website are incorrect. A small bowl was actually $8.50 compared to the advertised $7.99. Worker made a mistake on my order and the manager told me that I had to do a better job at communicating next time. She argued with me that her worker repeated my order back to me (not the case at all) and that I should have told them it was wrong at that time. I explained that I wouldn't have walked away w the wrong order after paying almost $30 for two bowlz if I would have noticed it was wrong... her comment was "I hear two different stories and I believe my employee". I am a huge fan of the Soul Bowlz in Spring Hill. There bowls are always top notch and absolutely scrumptious. Today I got the Sunrise bowl with gluten free granola and I added peanut butter. Soul Bowlz is my favorite place to have an açaí bowl and today was my first to visit the Springhill location. The cafe is decorated beautifully with several comfy sofas and a few table and chairs. I had the karma açaí large cup which consisted of the açaí sorbet together with granola and peanut butter topped with strawberries and bananas. My husband had the large body cup which was also an açaí sorbet with granola topped with strawberries, blueberries and bananas. Music was playing in the restaurant which added a nice touch. We both enjoyed our açaí cups on this rainy day. Remember to ask for a loyalty card which gives you a free small bowl on your 10th visit. Soul Bowlz has the best açaí bowls in the area! read more

I have been wanting to try this place but couldn't ever figure out a time when I could talk myself into eating a smoothie or a smoothie bowl for a meal. But today, I was feeling a little under the weather and carefully watching what I was eating and I thought, I'm going to try Soul Bowlz! I went in asking which bowl would be good for a tummy upset. The girl there suggested a Graviola bowl called Restore. It was perfect! I think the pineapple in it and the banana helped to settle my tummy. And it was delicious! Totally disappointed in the food, staff, and lack of customer service. Ordered a Karma bowl minus peanut butter and granola and added almond butter. Got the bowl and after two bites, had an itchy nose (maybe it was just my imagination) but then noticed the Allergen sticker that said peanuts. You can see it in the picture. She brought while I was on the phone. When I got off the phone, I asked to remake it and she said it was made with almond butter that they just put the sticker on it anyway. Now if you have an allergy or sensitivity, being certain is not an option. I told her I would've come up sooner but had to finish the call so it melted. She then said so you want me to remake it because it's melted? Totally missing the point of the allergen option. Have always loved this place but now, it's a different opinion. Delicious bowls, only bummer is they only give you 1 punch on your punch card per visit. I just bought $50 worth of bowls (5 bowls) and the girl at the register would only give me 1 punch. I have been here several times and always got the same smoothie bowl. The third time I went the smoothie bowl was sour instead of sweet. I told the cashier about that and she didn't do anything about it and responded that is the way they do it.
