If you rebook with them they won't charge for removal at your next appointment. This was definitely on more of the pricier side, but I thought my nail tech did an excellent job and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. The facility was also clean and very nice on the inside. They were pretty busy the day of my appointment so it was a bit of a wait but I wasn't too bothered by it. She has excellent English skills and quickly determined what I preferred. I am a question asker too. So as she began the process we had very comfortable conversation and a few giggles. Due to the service we received and the less-than-impressive results, I would not recommend this salon to someone looking to get their nails done in Sun Prairie. When I arrived, they seemed to have over-booked themselves, as they didn't seat us for over 30 minutes. During the pedicure, I asked for a French tip design, which ended up being a pink polish that dried bumpy with a shaky white line along the top. The water was initially lukewarm, and we were left sitting with it for another 30 minutes. As I mentioned, I initially booked 2 classic manicures (not gel). We were both convinced into switching to gel polish instead after we asked for designs, as the techs said that the designs would turn out better with gel. I asked for a small design (stars on two nails), and the designs ended up smudged and looked sloppy, which the tech refused to correct when I asked. After the tech was done with my friend's design and the polish was curing under the lamp, she experienced pain due to the heat and quickly withdrew her hands. The tech was rude when this happened and seemed frustrated and impolite despite her expressing pain. We both ended up with polish all over our hands, which the techs did not remove or acknowledge. Although the people behind the front desk, who I believe were the owners or managers, were very polite and thanked us for being patient, the techs seemed rushed, were rude, and were upset when asked to make corrections. The nails look OK from a distance, but as the person wearing them, the quality is underwhelming. If the mani/pedis had been higher quality, I would have been willing to look past the issues. However, with the subpar service, long wait, and disappointing quality of the treatment itself, it was simply not worth the $200 I spent.

Especially when getting nail treatments I am very particular about cleanliness to avoid infections and Cozy Nails & Spa was definitely up to par. Additionally they had cute decorations throughout and always have entertaining shows on in the background. I got a special set done about a month ago for my birthday but this most recent time I was coming in to get it removed and a normal manicure to let my nails breathe. My nail technician was Chia. She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. In my three months of coming here, Cozy has - been clean - Provided detailed but still quick service - Honored appointments - Had kind and attentive technicians - Never cut my skin/nailbeds - provided service that I was happy with

Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!
