I went today on my birthday for the first time since it had been bought and I'm so impressed. The time, care, and heart that went into my pedicure and manicure was wonderful. The new owner told me how important it is to her to do a good job and have a clean and nice facility and I was glad to hear and see that. She honored my old punch card and added to it. Also these prices are amazing!!! $30 for shellac manicure and $33 for a spa pedicure (scrub, paraffin, and polish!!!). I got a complimentary water bottle too. Making an appointment is a good idea because there are multiple technicians, but it's not a huge staff. I was able to get in same day when I wanted though. Give them a try and you'll be back! I'm thrilled with the job the two women did and will be returning. Thank you!!

The…read moresalon is nice and clean, and they play movies with subtitles for you to watch during your service(s). They were able to get me in right at my appointment time. I got a dip gel manicure with extra length. It's by far the best manicure I've ever had. When I've previously had my nails done at other salons, the dip gel usually lasts for about 3 weeks tops. My manicure from Bliss lasted over 7 weeks! I eventually had to go back into the salon to get it removed, because it was growing out and wouldn't chip away on its own. I'm so impressed with the quality of their work. It's a little more expensive than other places I've been to, but so so worth it. Bliss will be my go-to nail place from now on!

EXCELLENT, After a…read more2 month search, I have found my new nail shop throughout the endurance of my stay here in Madison. From the initial phone call to make my appointment, Kat, the owner, was welcoming and warming. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted immediately and placed in the chair, and Amanda performed the best pedicure I have received since arriving in this state. Thank you Jesus! Kat even went above and beyond to refill a toe that had been accidentally shattered and needed repair. I am so appreciative of the services performed and all the welcoming I received. This place is definitely a gem in the Roux, and not to be overlooked...great job ladies, and thank you so much for taking pride in great customer service.

There was also a private room for lashes and waxing, and two bathrooms. Kat (the owner), along with her staff, were extremely accommodating. She let us set up a small table with treats and goodies, and also offered beverages (wines and water) during their services. I don't get my nails done too often, but this stood out to me. A set of set of sealed and sterile tools were pulled out and used each time. From what I recall, most technicians place their tools in bin or glass with water, and do a quick rinse or microwave before using them. The tools here definitely seem more reassuring! And seems more efficient. Kat was also very knowledgeable and openly shared info when asked. Overall, we had a great time here! The only reason I subtracted a star was because my classic mani/pedi is already chipping and it's only been a couple days! This was probably my fault for not choosing shellac or dip--but I'm definitely going back for a French Ombré!

The male was sarcastic and funny acting, the female never properly clipped and cleaned the nails and cuticles before applying the acrylic to the nails. The service was rushed and unfriendly. The lady was rude talking in a foreign language on her phone the whole time while attempting to do my nails in which she messed up the hearts and didn't get the acrylic up to the finger part where the cuticle was never cut and pushed back properly. Also, the acrylic was not properly placed over the nail fully and now the nails are coming up, bubbling up and cracking and my friends nail has now come off at a week and two days later when they should be staying on about three weeks in which she doesn't do any strenuous work that involve her hands. Also, when my best friend went to pay, they tried to hassle her out of her money to pull it out of a time machine and said that they would take off five dollars off of the 200 and something dollars that she owed and asked several times. Today, my best friend called and expressed her concerns about our nails coming up and not being done correctly, and the lady was belligerent and rude about this and was not willing to be understanding and was screaming at my best friend. I do not recommend anybody go here and have anything done as they feel they can do shitty work, rush, lie and try to swindle people out of money so that they can pocket it by having them pull it out of a Time Machine. Also the lady was rude to my female friend calling her saying oh you man and your female that came in and the man made comments to my husband about why wasn't or that he should being paying for my nails and toes when that's none of yalls business and not professional at all!! Get your shit together
