Potential applicants should do their homework before considering employment with this franchise…read more Based on what I personally witnessed and experienced, I observed what I believe to be unfair and racism also inconsistent treatment of employee, which left me with serious concerns about the workplace culture and management decisions. I am particularly troubled by what appeared to be disparities in how certain employees were treated, as well as hiring decisions that, in my opinion, did not always prioritize the most qualified candidates. These observations are based solely on my personal experiences and perceptions. I intend to discuss these concerns directly with Mike and management. I encourage anyone considering employment here to read employee reviews, ask questions during the hiring process, and make an informed decision for themselves.

What really was the last straw for me today was I got in my car to go to the doctor and there was a lot of mist on my windshield and dirt so I hit the stalk to spray the windshield fluid and the wipers went on but guess what there was still fluid so I went to manually turn the wipers on to clear the windshield again and guess what it didn't work so now I had to order a whole new windshield stalk assembly with the relay and sensor which alone is $165 not to mention that I have to pay someone to install it. And remember, he is the one that did the pre-inspection before I bought the car and what mechanic doesn't check the windshield wiper function to see that it works as part of this inspection? So, I also have found a handful of other things that need to be done on the car that he didn't bring to my attention. I absolutely cannot afford to go to a shop now with all of these issues, let alone to a crook like this. I found someone that is going to do it on site where I live and for $75 an hour but quite frankly I can barely afford that on my income with all of the parts that I had to buy.
