My husband and I recently purchase 2 large Japanese Column trees from Moon Nursery on Tule Springs…read moreRd. Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing trees from Moon Nursery.

Extremely disappointed with the freshness and quality of the flowers I purchased for $133. I…read morepersonally selected the individual flowers from here and made my own arrangement, so this review is specifically about the condition and freshness of the flowers I was sold. It hasn't even been 24 hours, and the flowers are already wilting, drooping, and falling apart. Several blooms are literally coming off the stems, and others already look dried out and extremely sad. I've attached photos because I think they speak for themselves. What makes this especially frustrating is the price. I can buy flowers from a grocery store that stay fresh and beautiful for nearly two weeks, so I expected significantly better quality and freshness from an actual flower shop. I completely understand that flowers are delicate and won't last forever, but having this much deterioration in less than 24 hours is extremely disappointing and not what I expected at all. I took care of them properly, yet they are already looking like flowers that have been sitting around for days. I chose these flowers because I wanted to create a beautiful arrangement for my home, and it's really disappointing to spend the money and effort only to have them falling apart the very next day. I expected much fresher flowers for the price and from a professional flower shop. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on the quality of the flowers I received.
