Martin completed our initial estimate, and at first the communication was great. Unfortunately,…read moreafter that, things started going downhill. It's disappointing because I really wanted to love this company, but the entire experience has been filled with frustrations, constant follow-ups, and having to ask why things weren't getting done. On the first day of the project, the crew arrived and began measuring the area. They knocked on my door because they wanted to confirm some measurements. When I went outside, they explained that the measurements Martin had provided seemed off and that the border where the plants were supposed to go was much wider than expected. I agreed and told them that wasn't what Martin and I had discussed. I immediately called Martin and explained that the measurements were incorrect and did not match the design photo I had been shown. He told me he had used Google Maps for measurements and that sometimes it's not accurate. I was shocked because I specifically thought he had physically measured the area himself. He then informed me that additional materials would be needed, resulting in an extra cost of approximately $1,900 for more pavers and artificial grass. I explained that this was not my mistake and that it was his responsibility to ensure the measurements were accurate. I had asked multiple times if the quoted amount was final because one of my biggest concerns was avoiding a seam in the artificial grass. While he ultimately corrected the issue without charging me the additional amount, I still ended up with a visible seam running through the grass. Which I'm not happy about still. We also added a raised seating area with lighting. After installation, the area had a significant slope that was very noticeable. When I brought it to their attention, they explained that some slope was necessary for water runoff. However, this wasn't a slight slope it looked more like a sunken area on one side of the square. They eventually came back and corrected it. The pavers have also been an ongoing issue. They were uneven and not properly leveled. The company has returned twice to address the problem. While there has been some improvement, it still isn't what I would consider acceptable, and the unevenness remains noticeable. The plants they installed also began drying out. They had to return twice to address that issue as well, but only after delays and on their own schedule. Currently, I still have cracked pavers, chipped pieces, and stained pavers that need to be replaced. I am still waiting for a response regarding these issues. Once again, everything seems to be handled at their convenience rather than with urgency or concern for customer satisfaction. My overall impression is that once the company secures the job, customer service significantly declines. The quality issues, lack of communication, repeated repairs, and delays have made what should have been an exciting project into a frustrating experience. As a customer who invested a significant amount of money, I expected better workmanship, accountability, and follow-through.

Our sales consultant, James, was amazing. His design was so beautiful that we actually decided to move forward with the project. He was so knowledgable & helpful throughout the entire project. He helped walk us through the HOA approval process & the water rebate program. As first time single family home owners, we really appreciate how much he helped us. We also loved how he was helpful with our budget by reusing stones we already had & let us go buy our own plants. Once everything was approved with the HOA, they were able to schedule the install very quickly. I wish we had received the instructions to clear out the yard / patio prior to the project starting, as everything was kind of rushed together. They said it would take 2 days, and it actually took 3 (plus they had to come back a 4th day for some additional clean up work). Our project manager, Michael, came by once to check on things. He was so knowledgable about the irrigation system for our trees & spent extra time helping me reprogram our system. I also appreciated that he stopped by again when we had issues with it just to be 100% sure everything was working properly. The reason I am not giving 5 stars, is we are really disappointed they didn't do a full clean up of all the leaves in the backyard. If we had known this, we would've blown all the leaves on top of the grass, because that's all they removed. It was disappointing to see all of the leaves & debris around the backyard at the end of the job. They also left 2 large brick dividers (guessing they dug them up while removing the grass) askew on the back palm tree, along with a discarded grass sprinkler head, which was also disappointing. They could've asked if we wanted to keep the bricks or throw them away, but instead it was just left sloppy by our tree. We just expected a little bit higher quality of service for the price. We also still have 2 construction cones from the river rocks they left sit for a few days, which they eventually came & got the rocks, but left the cones. We are also missing part of our hose now. They also didn't have a plan for us to fill in the trees out front. They said we could go get mulch, but we just spent so much money & wish we had known beforehand we had more to do ourselves after. So just overall a few little things regarding the installation that added up to a little disappointment in quality of service. Overall happy with the sales process, friendly service, and quality of materials. James & Michael both went above & beyond to help us, so we are really appreciative of their high level of service.

He trimmed one side of my tree and left the other side (the front of the tree that everyone can see) full and overgrown just on the one side. When he was done with the trim, the tree looked like it got struck by lightning. It was terrible! His excuse for not finishing was that he didn't have the right equipment and that he had another job to go to. Ok. I accepted the excuse of not having the proper equipment as they seemed nice and spent a good amount of time on our initial project.m; but the reason of having to go to another job is unacceptable. That is not our problem. If you're going to be paid for a job, you should finish it. I paid Rafa and even gave him and his sidekick a tip with the promise of him returning to finish the tree trimming. Boy! Do I regret it! Rafa was supposed to come back 2 months later to finish what he didn't finish (as agreed) and to do the regular maintenance, which isn't much as we live in the desert after all (weed pulling and blowing and occasional tree trimming when necessary). Well, he didn't show up so we contacted him and he said that he was busy so he couldn't come out (as if that is our problem). Anyhow, he said he would show a week or so later but didn't show again. We had to contact him again and then he goes to say that he would stop by yesterday (Monday). We texted him to confirm that he was going to come by but he decided he would change it to the next day. I understand that we all have lives but if you make a commitment with a customer, you have to stick with it and not cancel as many times as Rafa did. He finally showed today and just trimmed one tree but was still not enough as he agreed to do what we asked during his initial visit, which is to trim the trees down short. His sidekick blew the area of debris and loaded a few branches on to the trailer. Rafa decides to then start cleaning up and put away his tools. Mind you, we were watching them work and noticed that Rafa's work ethics need a bit of a fine tuning. We texted him to show us what he cut but decided that he would just speed off (no exaggeration either) as I was coming out to talk to him. I specifically texted him and let him know that he didn't finish the job and that I would like to talk to him to let him know what needed to have done but he wasn't having it and just left. Can you believe that he had had the nerve to ask for more money and tell us that the tree grew too much (bc he had us wait almost 3 months for maintenance when it was agreed to at 2 months) for him to waste his time on since he had other customers? I couldn't believe our ears. We couldn't just let it go and was hoping to get him to come back to finish the job. We tried calling and texting but no response. I think that our customer to gardener relationship will probably be over. If you want your gardening/landscaping completed, you might want to hire another company. I will not EVER recommend this guy, Rafa, to anyone.
