My favorite gallery in Springdale. Beautiful pictures and unique crafts. Its not like the Indian and Western craft stores around, which is a nice change. I enjoyed their photographs, which I was unfortunately not allowed to take a picture of. You will just have to check them out. Also really liked the jewelry and the pottery. There was one done with wolf hairs (somebody's pet). Located under Zion Outdoors, its a really cool place.

The best place to shop for unique items when you visit Zion National Park. The owners are very accommodating & lovely to work with.

I bought two beautiful pieces here, one a raku piece of wall art depicting a raven and a unique piece of crystals that hang on copper wire.

Springdale has three local photography artist with a gallery and they are all very talented, but the photo art at Dezion by Jason Butler was by far my favorite. We are hobby photographers and we felt very fortune to meet and shop talk with the artist and we can tell immediately how passionate he is about his craft and the amazing Nature that surrounds his home. Jason's photos reflects who he is. In his photos you can feel the humble love and respect he has for nature and he has honed his craft to capture that love in the most amazing photographs. I wish I had 10% of his talent! Although we walked in close to closing time, he spent quite a bit of time with us talking about where and how the various photos were taken and showed us some of his favorite lenses giving even more life and the stories behind the photos. Strangely, one of my favorite photos was the night shot of the Hoover Dam. We only met him once but we left feeling like we made a new friend. Make sure and stop by the gallery when you visit Zion and say hello to Jason!

Thank you for taking the time to respond and investigate the situation…read more While I appreciate the clarification regarding the employee's intent, I would also like to point out that, aside from one other couple in the gallery, we were the only group present during our visit. When we first entered, the employee was not assisting that couple, yet we were still not greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance. In fact, one member of our party, a former florist, attempted to start a conversation about a piece (that could hold small stems of flowers) because it genuinely caught his interest. The interaction was met with little engagement, and he walked away feeling as though his interest was not valued. As artists and creative professionals ourselves, we are naturally attentive to atmosphere, communication, and the way people interact with one another. The overall tone of our visit simply did not feel warm, welcoming, or inviting. The comment we overheard reinforced an impression that had already been developing throughout our time in the gallery. While I appreciate the clarification regarding the employee's intent, I still feel it is important to share how the interaction affected us as customers. Regardless of whether the comment was meant literally, the tone came across as dismissive and left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I appreciate your response and your willingness to look into the matter. My intention in sharing this feedback is simply to explain why the experience was disappointing from our perspective and why we ultimately decided not to support the gallery that day.

We rented 3 bikes for myself, my husband and our 12 year old son. It was our son's first time on an e-Bike and unfortunately, he was not confident enough and fell off it just as we got to the Zion entrance. He suffered a significant scraped knee and chin and the bike chain came off. We struggled to care for him and get the bike chain back on, and finally called the shop to ask for help. They arrived quickly and got the chain back on the bike for us. After they left we worked with our son for about 10 to 15 minutes in the parking lot to get him more comfortable on the bike, so we could continue on, but after the fall, he just wasn't able to get his confidence back. We were trying to make a Ranger program and were running out of time. We decided, to call the shop and ask them to just come and get the bikes, so we could get on our way on foot to the program, but they had a better solution for us. They offered to bring a cargo bike and take back two of the bikes. This allowed my son to ride on the back of the bike as a passenger and got us to our destination more quickly than walking. We also got to enjoy the thrill of the eBikes!

Stephen immediately recognized us and made us feel like we'd been returning customers for years. I'll definitely be returning to Zion and renting from here again. The freedom to roam without the schedule of the bus line is unmatched, plus the bonus discount at Onyx Pizza was the unexpected well needed perk at the end of a long adventure.
