Gallery 873 has such a good variety of artwork to satisfy everyone's tastes. The gallery is very clean & every effort has been made to keep patrons safe. The museum is housed inside an old sugar beet storage facility and was turned into an art museum in 1997. We learned all of this while doing another scavenger hunt inside the museum. It was geared toward children, but it was fun for us to look at the art from a different perspective. While it's not the largest museum nor does it have the largest collection of pieces on exhibit, but it's a fun place to spend a little bit of time.

I love that you can see watercolor, photography, oil painting and sculpture all in one place. I was a little bummed when we visited Friday night and there was nobody working the front desk. We had selected some postcards that we wanted to purchase, but when we couldn't find anyone to help us, we put them back. But it's a neat little space and I'm looking forward to returning to see what new art might be added in the future.
