What's the use of spot price when they don't follow it? They even admitted that they used to pay spot price , but no more. They claim poverty while expanding. They say people won't buy if they have to pay $5 over spot, but when you ask if these same people would be happy paying $2 under spot they claim up and go into smug mode. They don't know there returning customers and can't greet people with a friendly Good Morning. I allways buy online better prices, way better service and treated with respect. It's harder to sell online so..... Thsse guys are just average-i don't know what it is about dealing in gold and coins, but going full scrooge is par for the course. read more

After reading the other reviews I was hesitant to go here. So people said some unkind things but I found none of it to be true. I wanted to buy some silver rounds for my grandson's birthday so I went in. They were busy but a nice lady welcomed me and asked what I was looking for - I told her silver rounds and she quoted me a price that was more than reasonable. Three minutes later I was out of there. went in and sold some silver. thought it was a fair price went in a month later when silver had gone up a buck an oz and they gave me less for my silver. I didnt think that was fair and then when I got home I found out they had shorted me on the money they had given me. I wont be back there are other options in town. read more

Stopped in on the 3rd of october at around 3pm. Stood and waited at first for some kind of recognition.....nothing. Walked back and forth three times looked at the cases. Nice store. Still no greeting. Three people working at the store all talking to people. The lady at the counter was talking to a man about nothing. Kids and school or something . Didnt even make eye contact with me. I don't know if that's how they treat everyone or Maybe I was the wrong color. Pass on this place. read more
