I was shocked to see a place with this kind of menu all the way out in Bremen and decided to give it a try. It's really tucked away and off the beaten path where most other businesses are located. I went on a stormy night and was the only person there. Perhaps it was an off night. You could walk up to the counter and order or sit at the table. I decided to sit and eat. I ordered ramen and a sushi roll. The ramen was decent and better than I expected. The egg was cooked perfectly. The sushi roll was just ok. It was incredibly large and hard to eat. I would get the ramen again, but not the sushi if I return. Pros: the staff were extremely nice and the food came out rather quickly Cons: the dining room was quite dimly lit which could be a personal preference, the bathroom was so dirty that I decided not to use it Overall it was just an ok experience. I would possibly consider the food again, but most likely through take out if I did. read more

The food isn't bad but it isn't good either. The food is served in takeout trays and you have to use plastic utensils. The interior is rather spartan with no frills. The staff appears to be a bunch of college kids with no adult supervision. I'm afraid I can't give this restaurant a more positive review but I will not go back there. read more

Nasty, Dark, eating area. You can look past that if the food is good. From what other reviews say you'd expect that. Very wrong. I ordered the Ramen and grilled chicken. You'd expect it to be handmade noodles and nicely cooked chicken. Nope. Just obviously ramen noodles from a pack you'd get for 30 cents. Somehow not even cooked all the way. While the chicken was dry and overcooked. For $10 you can do better in a lot of other places. Seriously if you want this experience just make a pack of ramen at home and tip yourself $10. read more

Bulgogi was loaded with goodness. The marinated beef was very good and we like the shredded vegetables that were stir fried. We chose the fried rice $1:00 more. I think it would have been better over steamed rice. The extra oil from the rice was too much. Service was quick and pleasant. We will give them another try next time we're in the area. read more

I was so hopeful for this restaurant. The sushi rolls were ok. The crunch roll has only four massive pieces. Not how sushi should be. You couldn't eat it without cutting it or making a big mess. The veggie bun thing was so bad. The look, the texture and the filling, all bad. My veggie bowl was bland at best and the zucchini was super bitter and spoiled. So disappointed. read more

This is the best "Asian" food in the area. We ordered the Bremen Roll, Super crunch roll, Bang Bang Chicken and the veggie buns. The sushi was pretty good the crunch roll is rolled into 4 large rolls but both decent. The bang bang chicken was kinda spicy and the rice is pretty basic. We sat inside it's a very large space but very hot and the lighting is kinda dim so not the most comfortable dining area. Definitely more of a take out place. Found this place online yesterday and decide I would try it. I tried a few different things from the menu and was extremely pleased. The lady who worked the counter was extremely friendly, Who would have thought I would could come to Bremen to get a little Korean food. Everything I tried was very good. They also seem to have a little bit of Mexican food I did not try it. And also Ramyun that is how it is spelled on the menu so I don't know if it's a twist on Ramen. They have assorted tapas that includes crab rangoons egg rolls dumplings etc. There is also sushi which I did not try because I was not going to be home till later in the day and didn't think it would keep well. But if you're in the area I would definitely recommend stopping in. I drove 30 minutes to try it and would make the trip again. read more

BEST ASIAN FUSION FOOD EVER!! We LOVE this restaurant. Our family loves the sushi, the dumplings, gyoza, bean buns, all of it. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken. It's good with the sesame sauce, too. Haven't tried anything there that we don't like. And don't let the hours on different search engines confuse you -they are open most days at lunchtime 11-2 and then re-open for dinner 5-9PM. Friendly service. Easy order pick-up. It's in a plaza off of an odd side road plaza. Dining area is usually pretty quiet. Nice place to have a cozy sit-down meal, as well. read more

I have been looking for a decent restaurant in bremen that wasnt mexican or fast food for months since moving out here. I came across Soras kitchen after being sick of everything around us and I am so happy I did. Such a cute and yummy little hole in the wall restaurant. There was not a menu online to look at prior but the server/host had no issue allowing me to take my time over looking the mene and also had fabulous recommendations. I got the Udon noodles and shrimp tempura. Both were delicious and piping hot. This will definitely become a fan favorite for sure. read more

I just started a program at the nearby school WGTC and I am so so glad I chose to come here on my lunch break. I let my boyfriend try some and we were SAD the food finished. It was SO good. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with veggies & steamed rice for 8.50 (~$13.50 after tip and tax) and I got a HEAVY & FULL plate. I literally ate lunch during my break, after school when I got home and my boyfriend & I shared what was left that night. Ate almost 3 meals for 13.50, in this economy that is a steal !! The quality was fresh, and was sooo flavorful. When heating up I added a little more teriyaki, fresh black pepper and sesame oil perfect take out and experience over all. Service great, ambience is more catered to takeout but that's what I want, so works out for me. (Though there is space for dine In which is cool!) Will be back!! Food served fairly quickly in styrofoam containers with plastic forks; for drinks, cans of soda or bottled water are options (no alcohol). Zero ambiance (more of a take out place), but plenty of room to sit down if you need to. We ordered the Bang Bang Chicken special, beef Bulgogi, steamed buns. Bang Bang cooked nicely and tasted ok; came with fried dumplings (meh, some proper gyoza sauce would have helped) and fried rice. The fried rice was awful and would not get again. Bulgogi was fine. We wanted Bibimbap but they were out. They put an egg on our bulgogi, I suppose to make it bibambap-ish? Still, it tasted ok. The steamed vegetable buns were sub-par and didn't come out until we were almost finished our food; ordered as an appetizer so this defeated the purpose and they were lacking in filling and flavor (frozen?). So, will I go back? Maybe, but mostly because there aren't really other options for Asian flavors in this small town. I would skip starters, order as take out, and avoid the fried rice. Tasty food and good quick service. I fell in love with their food when they were Chop Chop in Carrollton, and MAN I miss them being very close to my work. We enjoyed the bulgogi, chicken, fried rice and gyoza. Fast personal service and they serve beer and wine. Go and try them out there are located on stonebridge road just north of the Ingles supermarket in Bremen. I do not think you will be disappointed... We were not and really enjoyed it. read more

We don't eat this Asian fusion restaurant often but when we do it's always great! I always get the vegetable teriyaki with extra fried rice, and my husband loves the chicken raymun (spicy) and the Bremen roll! Even my 2 year old son loves the veggies and rice! Definitely recommend to-go or dine in! read more
