Our doula highly recommended reaching out to Sophia to be our midwife if we were interested in a home birth.

Every time I went in for an appointment she always took her time and made me feel so comfortable. She truly cares about her patients and the babies, she is so kind and supportive during labor and made me feel so empowered. Anyone who sees her is lucky to have her on their team and she is who you want by your side when things get tough! She is so attentive even after birth she is truly incredible.

My first birth was at her birthing center, & my second was at home. Both of these experiences were life changing for me. First, because they made me a mother. But second, because Karni helped me to realize what natural birth could be, & that I didn't have to be afraid of what my body could do. I feel blessed to have connected with her when I was pregnant with my first & didn't know what kind of birth I wanted - I just knew I didn't want what the western world has normalized for births, unless interventions became absolutely necessary. The first day I visited her birthing center, my mind had been made up & I knew I would give birth there. She told me to visit several midwives/birthing centers so I could make an informed decision but secretly I never did... best decision I've ever made. Me & my husband are forever grateful that she's our midwife & we look forward to birthing all of our future babies within her orb of power, however many we are blessed to have!

I knew I really wanted to breastfeed my baby and to enjoy it with minimal stress. So I hired a lactation consultant , Mor ! She made all the difference in my breastfeeding journey. She even helped my baby out of jaundice with a feeding schedule that worked. She also helped my baby gain her birth weight back by day 9 ! Mor is very knowledgeable in her field, kind, patient, and has great bedside manner. She also was available to answer any questions I had and sent demo videos as needed. Thanks to her, my breastfeeding journey has been enjoyable and successful.

Although it was a bit of an uphill battle given I had to delay breastfeeding from the start, she managed to help me breastfeed until my baby was 6month! what a relief! Fast forward to baby #2, she has been on speed dial for me. I couldn't be more thrilled to see that amount of milk I'm pumping!! Thanks to Mor, I'll have a nice stash in the freezer soon for my moms night out. Mor understands how breasts work, she is supportive and kind, she is always there to answer all your questions and she will go out of her way to make sure you get the results you want!! Do not hesitate. Out of all lactation consultants, she is the breast of them ;)

I was at a very low point when I heard from my friend that Estelle was a Doula. She has a background as a midwife in Belgium and so she not only knows how to take care of this mama, but also is great with my baby. She made me feel comfortable immediately. She did baby yoga, helped put her down for naps, gave baths...I could go on. Before Estelle came to my rescue, my baby wouldn't eat solid food. After Estelle, my baby was not only eating healthy solid foods, but I was too. She grocery shopped and cooked for me in my time of need. She truly helped me heal. Unfortunately, I didn't have a Doula when my baby was first born and had a tough experience in the weeks after. If I could go back in time, I would hire Estelle in a heartbeat as my Doula for the birth and days after. Call Estelle!

Estelle is not only one of the sweetest, most caring people you will meet but also very knowledgable when it comes to all things birth. My husband and I had a couple prenatal sessions with her before birth which helped us mentally prepare for being first time parents and I also had one-on-one prenatal yoga sessions with her which helped me physically prepare. She was also very helpful postpartum as a lactation consultant. I ended up having a natural breech home birth in the middle of COVID19 and she not only stuck with us through all the changing plans but was also always so positive and encouraging when so many others were negative about going on the path of natural childbirth with a complete breech. She was cool, calm and collected throughout the entire experience and we couldn't have done it without her!! Highly recommend her :)

They are kind, knowledgeable, and supportive, but the front office and administrative side has been consistently frustrating. The administrative staff is disorganized and unprofessional. They frequently mix up appointment times, give conflicting information, and make even simple tasks feel unnecessarily difficult. They don't use email or an online portal to send updates, test results, or appointment confirmations, which makes it almost impossible to keep track of anything. Everything has to be done by phone, and the communication is often curt or dismissive. Another major frustration is that any time I need bloodwork, I have to schedule a completely separate appointment with a third-party lab instead of being able to do it in-office. This makes routine prenatal care far more inconvenient than it needs to be. I really wanted to have a good experience here, especially since the clinical care from the midwives has been positive, but the front-office management has caused so much stress and confusion that I'm choosing to switch practices. I hope they improve their administrative processes and communication in the future.
