The ladies are pretty strong lol so tell them whether you want it hard, medium, soft. They have a fan in the rooms and they offer you a water or soda after your massage. Now, they CAN give you the traditional type of message that you can find anywhere. But they have traditional (I don't know if it's Chinese or Thailand) Bodywork message. This is the one you need if you are super tight. Now, don't get excited. It's a different experience, but just go with it. She will be using her feet (she holds onto bars on the ceiling to manage her weight distribution) to help work out those knots. For me, I was so tight my back crunched like I was at a chiropractor. And boy, did I need that. Head to toe including some facial and scalp, and foot message. I left in so much less pain and greater range of motion than I'd had in weeks. Definitely worth the $70/hr (I think 90 minutes is $100) but even that would be worth it.
