She will be using her feet (she holds onto bars on the ceiling to manage her weight distribution) to help work out those knots. For me, I was so tight my back crunched like I was at a chiropractor. And boy, did I need that. Head to toe including some facial and scalp, and foot message. I left in so much less pain and greater range of motion than I'd had in weeks.
