I ordered my wife a 2 hour message for mothers day. I ordered it awhile ago and it was accepted by Erica. Then on Mothers day my wife was getting ready for her massage and it was 5 minutes past time. So i looked in my emails to see if i missed something, i did not find any emails cancelling. My appointment was cancelled by Erica and i was never notified. The only thing this stupid company did was say they will cancel my appointment and " sorry you did not get the soothe experience". I could not believe it. read more

Erica and Patryk were amazing! They were on time and so nice! The technique they used was like one I had never had before!!!! They knew exactly what our bodies needed! Thank you so much you guys! We feel refreshed! read more

The name Soothe is definitely not matching with the experience I am having with them. Got a gift card to Soothe and I was so surprised to find out that they do not have a physical location, I have to use an app to request masseur to my house. To get a quote, I had to create an account with them which is annoying and inconvenient, not to mention that after I created my credentials their app/website bugged out and froze on me multiple times. A comment mentioned that i can message them on instagram to get a quote which I did, they were so "helpful" by telling me I can get one from their website. With the amount of time I put in to get a quote I could have gotten a massage done somewhere else. read more

My friend and I booked over a month ahead of time for my Bachelorette party for massages and facials. I found a better deal on massages with another group and canceled the Soothe reservation. I heard that Soothe doesn't pay their masseuses well, and most of the money goes to the company and not to the employees! We still kept the facials even though they were overpriced. They had us pay over a week ahead of time, and then six days before our event, they cancel because they didn't even have an esthetician that picked up our event. So why did we pay before they had someone? I would not recommend this to anyone. Thankfully, we'll be getting a refund. read more

Booked a massage. 15 min before they cancelled. Rebooked for the next day then they cancelled again. They are a scam. Do not use them

I scheduled a massage for a friend who has helped me out as a thank you. She is very busy and I asked her to give me an hour of her time and she wouldn't regret it. She managed to get some free time away from the kids and the therapist did not show, he did not call or anything. It's impossible to speak to a live person. I'm paid for the treatment and tipped in advance . This made me look very bad. Finally spoke to someone who I could barely understand and they say I'll be getting a refund in 3-10 business days. Very very disappointed. Do not use this company read more

I ordered the massage for my dad for Father's day. He works very hard for us. Soothe sent me Pettie Ontell for my sis who is getting married and my dad. I love Soothe! I'm a busy working mom who loves that a therapist will come to my home. It's great when I put my kiddo to bed and have a massage lined up shortly after. You don't have to book days in advance. An hours notice is all they need. I would highly recommend. You can use this code for $30 off your first massage. Do. It ever trust this company they kept charging me when covid started even though I emailed called and attempted to cancel on my own three months and three $140 charges later they don't want to refund me my money for services we can't even get until covid is over. During a pandemic the most un ethical thing any business can do is hold on to funds that their customers cant even cash in for services. SOOTHE I AM NOT YOUR LOAN BANK! If I could charge you the five stars you don't deserve I would read more

Do not use unless u want to be cheated and pay extra. They raised rates on massages I prepaid and then charged me an xtra 45 dollars when I booked. Very unfair and there billing process tells u about their core values. They must be hurting financially if they must squeeze money out of loyal customers. The therapists are good but the company is not. GO ELSEWHERE read more

I love Soothe. They always bring their own clean sheets and the therapists are usually very good. Use promo code "svcrv" for up to $60 off your first massage. :) read more

Got. Massage. There. When it opened. Not too good. Nice. Shower. But. I requested. A. Female. Masseuse. And got a male. Masseuse

In-home massage, what's better than that?! I've used Soothe a couple of times, now and have had great experiences each time. I'm hooked!

It was really great and really easy! I do crossfit and jiujitsu and had been having a lot of problems with my Traps been really tight and having lots of knots. I had Beth as my massage therapist and she was wonderful! Really professional and did a great job. I would 100% work with her again. Some of my pros about her was that she used the perfect amount of pressure to get these knots out. read more

Soothe is Killing it! Gotta love massage when you realize you need it and not days later when you can be 'fit in' to the schedule of some spa.. better yet, they come to you and so far, seam to always be well trained! Use: UVIDP to get $30 off.. considering tip is included, this is a damn good price for a professional massage, at your home, at the drop of a dime! read more

GREAT massage by Joni, very professional and was on time. My husband gave a wonderful surprise and was an awesome experience having a super massage in my home. I would truly recommend this great service. read more

I hit the button, and in about an hour I was in bliss heaven. Considering I could get my hour long massage at home, before bed, I thought the price point fair. One thing though, I noticed that the app doesn't let you rebook. Kinda annoying, when I want the same masseuse again, but I guess that's the price you pay for on demand. Super incredible experience, I loved that I could get a massage and roll into bed, especially after a long travel day at the airport. Ten/ten, would buy again. read more

I just got a 2-hour massage from Diana Bongato this afternoon. She came right on time, was polite and friendly. Her massage was BY FAR the best one I have ever had. She used the exact right pressure and movements that make me feel relaxed. The massage was more relaxing than I thought could be possible. I am definitely becoming one of her regular customers. Thank you Diana Bongato! read more

Made an appointment online to get massages. Credit card got charged. Got sent a confirmation email. Appointment scheduled for an hour after the time I booked online. 30 minutes later got a call saying no one could do it. End of story. Don't say you're available if you're not available. Would have happily booked with someone else if I knew it wasn't going to happen. read more

Terrible! Booked AND charged first thing this morning. They let me know an hour before (SIX hours later) they had no one available. Oh, and it may take until Monday to credit me back. read more

Soothe is awesome. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did, and if you're considering it, you probably are in the same boat. Think about it from the perspective of all the stuff you don't have to do. You don't have to drive anywhere, get dressed in any robes, you don't have to hand someone money (tip is included) and afterwards, the THERAPIST leaves and you can just enjoy being home. The other reviews are right though, my street has tricky parking and if you're not clear about that when you book the appointment your therapist can get into trouble. Once they're there though, all your troubles melt away. 5 stars for sure. read more

One person on here posted that soothe does not have a rebook option but that is actually not true, you can rebook there is a button for it. Whoever comes to your home will be in your history. Also if you are still confused how, you can call customer service, they are availible 24hrs last time i checked. Its a company open in a few time zones hence the 24hr availibilty. read more

Awesome experience. Fast, friendly, safe and most importantly relaxing. I plan to stick with Soothe :-)

I just had my first ever soothe massage and it was a-MA-zing!! Like seriously. So awesome to not have to stress about getting somewhere on time and when it was done I could just chill- didn't have to drive home and sit in traffic etc. So nice!! And my therapist was the bomb and super professional! The lack of a 5 star rating is for a couple reasons. First was I tried to book an on demand massage and they couldn't find a therapist so it got cancelled. Kind of a bummer. They did call to let me know but a credit towards a future massage would've been nice. Then for the amazing massage I got I scheduled in advance and it was days before it was confirmed. That was a little frustrating because I needed to know if I should schedule somewhere else and the longer I waited the smaller my options became. Not sure why it took so long and there was no communication. Then when it was booked I used the app to "contact my masseuse". I tried texting but got a bounce back text telling me to call. So I called the soothe concierge and they tried to contact my therapist. They couldn't get through so they took a message to pass on and I never heard back from my therapist or the concierge. So that was a bit frustrating but everything worked out!! I love this service and will definitely use it again- there's just a couple things to work on before the five stars. Oh and the concierge I spoke with was sooooo awesome- super great service! read more

Tried to book a massage at 10pm for 11:15pm (next available). 1st time user. Got a call at 11:05pm from LA saying that they could not find a someone to come out here in this area (San Diego). It seems to me this is a company out of LA who tries to get massage therapist to contract their calls. The problem is they have a small network. SO..... Don't count on getting a massage at the time that you book. There is a good chance that may not happen. They only put a hold on your card until the massage is complete then you are charged, so your card is never actually charged. I did request some type of credit or discount to keep me as a customer and to try again another time. They obliged. So if they call you and tell you that they can not come, make sure you ask for them to credit your account . I got $20 credit. Also if you want 1/2 off your first massage, sign up with this promo code. WOXDR read more

What a brilliant service! Massage therapists at your house, book with an app and request massage within an hour.....wow! This is my dream (and I think lots of mom's, busy people, or just people who like me like to sneak in bed after massage and not worry about driving etc. Most of my regular massage therapists have busy practices and can't do home visits, I found Soothe to be a great alternative! So far, 5 stars for the service. Now, the therapists, wow, my massage was beyond my expectations, I am very picky, but my therapist (female) was very very good, with lots of experience and did just an amazing work. My husband (we booked a couple massage) also had a female therapist and was his first "real" massage, she did a very good job making him feel comfortable. The professionalism, the punctuality, the treatments, all get my 5 stars! Oh, price is pretty good for a home visit and it includes tip, smart move! it certainly takes away any awkwardness at the end of the service :) I highly recommend giving it a try. read more

Love Love Love!!! The message therapist was great and I didn't even have to leave my house. It's awesome to get a great message and then be able to lounge on your couch afterwards and not have to worry about driving home. The ladies my friend and I got were super friendly too. read more

What a great idea! So glad I found this service! The therapists are really well screened--so much better even than at many spas. Plus the convenience of the app and coming to my home was awesome. Thanks Soothe! read more

I had a really bad back injury and my chiropractor suggested that I try massage. I was super skeptical at first, but it turned out pretty cool. They're open pretty much whenever and every therapist seems really cool. Not all therapists are created equal, I definitely found some that work better with me than others. But you gotta mix and match and figure that part out on your own. All in all Soothe was a great experience. read more
