The studio has such a tranquil atmosphere, that you leave feeling like you left a week long retreat. Their yoga instructors are very friendly and incorporate their own yoga philosophy within the sessions. The Pilates and Barre classes are extremely unique. I've been to many Pilates studios in the past, but these are truly something else. A bonus is that the classes are small, creating a more relaxing and intimate environment. I can't recommend this studio enough. I hope that more people can experience what they have to offer!

The cleanliness of the space has not improved, and it is even more packed now, which its good to be busy but I would recommend improving cleaning and giving guests the option to pause rather than completely cancel. Since then, they've moved to a terrible location with 5 parking spots. I drove by there after PAYING for my class and there was NO parking and I took one look at the place and opted out anyways. It's in a very dangerous area- I'm not parking a half mile away to walk on a busy street at night as a small woman. This is really frustrating. Move to an unsafe location, have no parking, can't get your money back for a drop in class, the website NEVER works- and their prices haven't gone down so what exactly are we paying for? The owners Tesla in the private parking lot they have (behind a big black gate) because they know it's in an unsafe location. It's giving scam. Disappointing. I won't be back.

I've been going to classes 2-7 times a week since the end of January (depending on my schedule and…read moremy laziness level) there's a lot of options for before work (530am classes). There's no "gym bros" at all. I always feel comfortable and safe. Everyone is sooooo supportive which is what I need. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind, which I appreciate. Parking is easy, the gym is clean, and I enjoy it which is surprising since I'm not a very "athletic" person. There's a nice mix of classes, I especially love the cycle class Thursdays. The app they have is so easy to use too, you sign up for classes on the app. And if you want to, you can connect your MyZone to see your MEPs (heart rate) and it's all connected to the classes you take so you can track which is a plus.

I went there for a yoga workshop and the yoga studio was upstairs. It was absolutely beautiful and the instructor Amanda was amazing. Her workshop was not only a lot of fun, but I learned so much! Cannot recommend this place enough!
