We hired them last spring to clean the outside of the windows. Martin, the owner, is difficult to…read moreget in touch with by phone making a specific request or follow up nearly impossible. I asked, by voice mail, that Martin have them show up on a specific date when I would be home and have the screens already removed for them to work. He left a message to confirm that date. He had the crew show up on a completely different day without calling, and without our knowledge. They pulled all of our new custom screens off from the outside, bending a few of the frames and bending many of the pins holding the screens in place (they have to be removed from the inside) and damaging our trim in several windows where the holes were drilled. Many of our screens no longer 'sit' in the trim, and hang loose due to the handling. Our bill was over $500.00 after quoting us $250.00 for our outside job. We had to contest that 'mistake' in addition to such a bad experience. We repaired the damage at our cost and will never use them again. Martin did not have a response, nor could I reach him after I realized the damage. A poorly run outfit with no customer service whatsoever.
