The drinks were crafted deliciously and very reasonably priced. We had the decaf cappuccino, lemonade and cold chocolate milk which had a nice syrup drizzle inside the cup! We also stopped by the market and deli. We did not buy any deli items but we did get some sundries and snacks. Inside the store it was super clean and well organized. Pricing was fair too. If you are looking for a specific item or brand this might not be the place but if you forgot something they def have it! Lastly we just stopped by the bbq restaurant. It's just bar food. Lots of fried items like, onion rings, French fries, etc. cheap but good. Chicken wings were the biggest hit and the nachos!

If you're traveling through Northern California, put this place on your list. In fact, we'd go out of our way just to stay here again. What makes it so impressive is that they've thought of everything. There's a dog park, mini golf, a kids' fun zone, a train pickup location, a hot tub, incredible views, and even dedicated areas that are perfect for taking photos, shooting content, or capturing some seriously cool social media shots. But the amenities are only part of it. The entire property is beautifully maintained, the grounds are incredible, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. You can tell there's a real attention to detail here that separates this place from your typical RV resort. We originally planned this trip around visiting the Redwoods, but after staying here, our next Northern California trip might be planned around the resort itself. It's the kind of place where you could easily park the RV, forget the itinerary, and spend a few days doing absolutely nothing except relaxing and enjoying everything the property has to offer. And did I mention the hot tub, the views, and all the ridiculously cool amenities? Seriously... what a place! If you're anywhere near this part of Northern California, stay here. And even if you're not exactly nearby, it's worth the detour. 10/10. We'll absolutely be back.

Suggestions for improvements would be to just keep things maintained. Don't put a sign on something if it is broke, fix it. Way too many signs about everything. Make a disc golf map. Post the Skunk train schedule so we know when to go to the depot. Keep the mini-golf area nice. Make improvements. Actually put up a basketball hoop. Put up a volleyball net and weed the court.

I stayed for two nights. Surprising amount of shade due to copious small, medium, and larger trees throughout the park but especially on the southern edge (next to noisy commercial loading facility, however) where huge pines block out the sun pretty much the entire day. In the heat of the summer this was a boon. No fires allowed. Urgh. Bonfires are fun! Charcoal and cooking fires appear to be ok though -- not allowed in brochure but the camp host and others are using em. Staff is friendly. Live-in camp hosts at two different sites will take care of you. Bathrooms and showers were good. Big shower stalls. Water slow to get hot but it definitely gets there. Very close to downtown Ukiah. Multiple wifi routers with strong signal are provided but internet was still awful -- probably competition for limited bandwidth from too many campers, and might be solvable with smart per-user throttling configuration help. I had to stick with LTE hotspot off the phone which was lightning fast by comparison but forced me to shell out $15 for a temp bandwidth upgrade. Oh well. No issues with "gang element", prisoners working nearby, or out of control grass. Other reviewers must have terrible luck.

The pictures are dated and the ones with the Qtip is almost 2 months apart...worst place ever...the church owns the Golden rule RV park and the "golden rule" only applies to Dwayne,Tim Cooper...we contacted Cody Bartholomew who is with the church and he refused to contact us back...worst worst worst park EVER!!! In short, AVOID. 1) the owners are not only rude, but all the long term tenants (and this place is mostly people that live here full time) are scared of them. It's so weird, we had the permanent folks approach us on 3 different occasions telling us we were doing something wrong and the owners are super strict and they just don't want us getting in trouble. We got approached right when we arrived. Again the next morning. And one of them approached us again in the laundry room. We are parents of two kids, we weren't partying at all or even at the site to just sleep. So weird. 2) since it's mostly long term folks, this is their home, I get it, they don't want a bunch of vacationers ruining what they have going on, but why on earth are you even allowing people to camp for a few nights. It's crazy weird here. 3) no kids at all, nothing for kids to do. Don't come here if you want a kid friendly place. 4) your neighbors are literally a few feet away. Their picnic table is directly next to yours. 5) you have to hold your sewage connection down with a rock (I'm not kidding) 6) the people who live here full time, their dogs can bark but yours can't. I heard dogs barking constantly but we were approached by the owner after being gone for 1.5hr and she snarled and said "your dog was acting a fool" (her exact words) so we were forced to board our dogs bc their is no way our dogs won't bark when there are other dogs barking constantly a few feet away. 7) site is not nice Photos attached of our neighbors picnic table next to ours & our other neighbors on the other side of us to show how close you are. ****update in response to "business employee"**** This is by far the nicest and most respectful I have been spoken to by an employee since I arrived at the RV park. I have to wonder if they have someone managing their social media or who this person is, because they certainly weren't speaking to my family this way at the site. Also we were not offered a site in the back initially. We were told that there was a long term tenant with a skittish dog and it would not be good for us to be back there with our kids & dogs. When I brought up the space issue again after I was rudely approached and was told my "dog was acting a fool" (this is exactly how I was spoken to) she told me that there were sites in the back that did not have full hookups. This was after our first of two very uncomfortable nights there. Also - most sites there have stones over their sewage connection, so a bit surprised by their response on that topic.

As for the campground, the sites were clean and maintained. The facilities were also clean, the staff would thoroughly clean each bathroom and shower every morning and they emptied the trash bins throughout the day. The trailer has everything that you need. You just need to bring food and camping chairs and you're set. If you like to fish, bring you fishing poles. This place is awesome during crabbing season. They have so much crabs. Just make sure you have a fishing license and no one bothers you. Most people bring their boats to fish but we were just fishing/crabbing on the pier and we got a lot of crabs. We only got 2 small fish but it's ok. We had so much fun.
