Run! So you can go in and savor. Whether an amazing and gorgeous expertly crafted truffle or caramel, a magnificent cup of carefully curated green, black, pu-erh, oolong (and much more) teas or just to hear the beautiful gong, Either way, allow the flavors and sound flow and permeate through you. It's worth taking the moments to soak them in. Not an espresso shop so it's much quieter and serene. Gluten free muffins (savory & sweet), chai or matcha latte, and don't forget the frozen chocolate pops (it's summer right now! Flavor changes but we've had the mint, coconut almond and lavender, all wonderful with a thick coating of dark chocolate. Apparently all ingredients but the honey and liqueurs are organic. The chocolates are low to no sugar so the flavors come through, not just sweetness. We recently had the honey mint sesame caramel and the pistachio gianduja with a liqueur (can't recall which one) truffle - both a wonderful experience to enjoy. The website says David does $20 chocolate tastings which I hope we can do soon. The price point may seem a bit high but the effort, flavors and quality ingredients is well worth it. The service was great! Very friendly. If you like tea or chocolate this is your place. I tried a raspberry, marshmallow piece of chocolate that was amazing. Would recommend their salted caramel too. The girl behind the counter was not helpful or polite! She would not help me with chocolate bars on the floor though I asked a couple of times. I had no idea how expensive it was. A tip screen came up right away when I paid and unfortunately being in the service industry I left too generous of a tip ($14!)for poor service and I regret it. i came in with my family yesterday and right off the bat the energy in the room was just so so positive and i loved the look of the place itself. the woman helping us was an absolute doll and i really admire her patience when my family and i were asking a bajillion questions. for the price ill say the chocolate is actually really good and the mixture of flavors were just perfect. they make everything from scratch in house and its all dark chocolate which is a bonus for anyone that has a sensitive tummy! my boyfriend and i also got a cookie and i could only take 2 or 3 bites because it was so rich but omg it was DELICIOUS! Randomly came across this shop. I ordered a tea with milk and a coconut chocolate macaroon. They don't use any powder or fake tea product, everything was brewed fresh and individually. The tea latte was perfect. The chocolate macaroon was delicious and I don't even like chocolate. I mainly ordered it for the coconut, but it was heavenly with their dark chocolate. High end chocolate & drink shop in Sebastopol. Due to COVID, there was no entry but there were menus taped outside and you can order truffles, caramels, teas, coffees, cookies, pastries, and frozen pops. I did not get the name of the man who assisted me but he was very friendly, explained all the flavors and took his time to even handwrite a note with all the corresponding flavors in the box for me. This place is expensive, there was no price for the chocolates as there were for the drinks. The truffles & caramels came out to be about $2.80 a piece but they are handmade, local with unique flavors and I do not mind supporting a local business. Some of the flavors I purchased were Fig, Apricot, Coconut Almond, Blood Orange, Honey Mint Sesame, Lemon Olive Oil, etc. I would say give it a try. I did not ask for samples and was not offered one but I would ask for a sample next time to see if their chocolate is within your "taste". We are so used to eating cheap chocolates like Hersheys and regular store bought chocolates. This is on another level and might not be for everyone. First of all, the chocolates are DELICIOUS. Truly special. So I'm bummed to write such a poor review, but I was THAT troubled by the experience we had visiting this booth at the Sebastopol Apple Fair. It takes a lot for me to share a negative review. :( $3.25 per truffle is a lot to pay and I was honestly happy to...but the experience ended up being really unpleasant. I was in the middle of being helped when someone else walked up and interrupted with a question about the products. Shockingly, the shop owner completely abandoned helping me to help the other customer. It took so long I just walked away, stunned. But I wanted to support this organic chocolate booth and so I came back. Only for my husband to then be treated so rudely by the shop owner. I mean, come on. You can get artisanal, organic chocolate practically anywhere in this county. Customer service and kindness go a long way to either make or break a return customer. Today, I am the latter. read more

He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, we learned so much much about the origin and the making of chocolate, walking away with a much greater appreciation of the subject. I always come here to relax and people watch. The drink I always get is the black tea coconut on ice if it's hot outside, or hot with almond milk if it's cold outside. Just enough caffeine to give me a boost, but not too much where I feel like I'm vibrating. Their chocolate selection is pretty ok, but their newly-renovated snack and small plate selection is great! I walked in hoping to have some tea and chocolate and some time to myself. I was greeted by the cashier, and told her I had never been inside and wanted to get some tea. She gave me no menu or instruction or anything. I ordered something off the menu wall and she said the menu was completely off, only food was in the case. No worries. Then I had to ask how do I order the teas because there seemed to be no menu. Then she finally hands me one, as though that should be obvious. I ask about a tea and I don't know if she had attitude or maybe was tired at the end of the day or what but then she told me I could only get a tea to go because they were closing soon. It was 5:20. They close at 6PM. I decided instead to just go. As I left a couple came in after me and as I write this, I am in the parking lot and see they got a pot of tea and it's now 5:35 PM and they seem to have been able to get a pot and place to sit, even though 15 minutes ago it was too late for me to do that? So yeah I'm not sure if I'll be coming back after that service. Maybe I'll give another try some time and hopefully can leave a better review read more

Great spot for tea, chocolates and baked goods. I always stop by when I'm in Sebastopol. Their freshly baked muffins are delicious. My favorite is the buffalo style made with onions and sour cream. You can't go to wrong with their sweet muffins either. They also have gluten-free options. The chocolates are delicious and made on site. They make perfect gifts too. While visiting Sebastopol, I saw this place and was curious what they served in here. They serve a variety of chocolate that they make in store and tea. You can sit on tables or do the authentic tea sitting area where you sit on the floor. The atmosphere is very chill and has some peaceful music which makes it unique place for me. They serve some pretty good hot chocolate, tea and chocolate itself. Infusions & Sonoma Chocolatiers used to be named Infusions Tea House. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars back then. Before the chocolate kitchen was added, that space in the back corner was a much bigger version of the "pillowed area" with even its own lap level coffee table. Infusions is still a charming place and I would definitely still bring a date here to talk, share beverages and delicious veggie food . . . and if we sit in the current pillowed area near the front entrance . . . share some tender touch as well. I love both varieties of rose teas they have. They are always served in some eclectic mismatched pot, cup, saucer, and strainer combo that always seems to visually work. Try any quiche they make as they are quite good! The staff here seems less something than it once was. I mean they are less friendly, less open . . . or something. I feel that they are a little up tighter than before ownership changed. It appears that triple the number of people work there now, at least. I went there a couple times last week and I think I counted seven people working behind the counter and doing jobs around the store. Infusions is a small place! One thing that makes Infusions very special is in the form of a woman named aptly, Magick. She is a master tarot reader and regularly sets up at a small table outside next to the front entrance. I have received numerous readings from Magick over the past several years and have been enormously impressed by her talent and clairvoyant abilities. Infusions is still very Sebastopol. My mother and I stopped here to enjoy chocolates and tea after a spa day across the street at Bliss. They had the largest selection of organic teas i have ever seen. All of their teas are sourced from Taiwan and Japan (places where you can actually believe/trust the organic certification rather than guess that it was purchased) Don't go in expecting the same prices that places like teavana charge. You will be purchasing a larger amount of tea of a substantially higher quality from a family rather than a corporation. That said I did not feel the prices were out of line. I had the coconut black tea AKA Sebastapol Crack and cream oolong (beautiful), my parents had lime ginger, and my brother had puehr (probably spelled that wrong) we also had many of the chocolates including maple, chai, cinnamon, lemon thyme brie, costal, orange olive oil, balsalmic, salted caramel, and ginger. My favorites were the balsalmic, the orange and the maple. Oh, and the cookies! A man named Josh was working when we arrived and while we decided on our teas and chocolates he was whipping up something in the windowed kitchen. I asked about it and he offered to bake us some to go with our tea. They were delicious and huge! The atmosphere was awesome too. Josh was super friendly offered is samples and suggestions, helped with steeping times etc, about half way through our visit he clocked off and the owner and his family came on and visited with us for over an hour.
